While keeping your health high in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 is very important, you’ll need to ensure that your stamina is high as well. That’s because you use stamina to attack and block in combat. The lower your stamina, the more damage you’ll take from each hit.

How Long Does It Take To Beat Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2?
It’s a massive RPG, so Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 will take a long time to beat.
To make the most of your stamina reserves, you need to have high Vitality. The stat affects your stamina reserves and rate of recovery, and the higher it is the more you can run and fight without having to take a break. You also don’t get tired as quickly with a high Vitality stat.
How To Increase Vitality
Much like other stats in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, you’ll level up Vitality naturally as you play. You gain xp through combat, using advanced techniques, and running and jumping over obstacles.
Therefore, make sure you run everywhere instead of fast traveling or using your horse when you need to get from town to town. Also, don’t be afraid to leap over stuff instead of walking around. That’ll see your Vitality level fly up.
You can also pick up the book called Marathon from the Scribe in Troskowitz. Studying the book will grant Henry additional Vitality experience.
