Here, you can explore the inner workings of a gith hideout, and discover more about the sort of lifestyle they lead. Part of this is discovering their taste in decor for a place they call home.
One piece of valuable decoration they have on display is a portrait of Vlaakith on the wall. If you’re feeling devious, you can actually deface the portrait by painting on it. Lae’zel will abhor you for it, but it’s certainly worth a good laugh.

Help Shadowheart Restore A Memory
When you first meet Shadowheart, you’ll find that her past is laced with mystery. The problem is, her past is a mystery even to herself. On her path as a follower of Shar, she has had her memory suppressed for a reason you may venture to uncover. If your curiosity gets the better of your patience, there is a way to help her jog her memory a bit.
In the Underdark, there is a rare mushroom called Noblestalk. This is known to help afflictions affecting the mind, memory lapses included. When you find the mushroom, you can give it to Shadowheart to help give her a hint to her past.

Eat The Noblestalk As The Dark Urge
When you start out your journey as The Dark Urge, you’ll find that you’ve lost your memories. Like with Shadowheart’s situation however, you can also seek some answers through a certain notable mushroom.
The Noblestalk will only give you a glimpse into your past.
The Noblestalk found in the Underdark can also be eaten by The Dark Urge to restore some of their lost memories. To eat it, you need to select it in your inventory and look for the option to consume it. Doing so will start a cutscene that will give you a glimpse into your past.

Troll Mattis In Emerald Grove
When you enter Emerald Grove, you’ll find that a community of tieflings have sought shelter within its walls, but a group of tiefling children are spreading mischief with their sticky fingers.
One tiefling child you can come across is Mattis who’ll try to reel you into his scam with a coin trick. A hilarious thing you can do is to ask him to perform the coin trick over and over until he is utterly sick of it. He’ll then have you keep the coin just to get you to leave him alone.

Explore New Options With Abdirak
Abdirak is a servant of Loviatar found in one of the rooms of the Shattered Sanctum. Speaking to him will give you the option of having a ritual of pain performed on you, granting you the permanent buff called Loviatar’s Love.

Save A Doomed NPC In The Shattered Sanctum

You can summon a cat familiar and have it meow near the goblins. Keep on drawing them further away from their spot for a chance to get to Smythin.
There is a way to save him. Before you get too close to them, triggering the conversation, summon a familiar that can draw the attention of the goblins. Once they’re distracted, go to Smythin and speak to him. He’ll thank you for rescuing his life.

Give Shadowheart A Statue Of Shar
What sets Shadowheart apart from other companions is how you can give her certain items as presents. Apart from a romantic gift of Night Orchids and a thoughtful present of Noblestalk, there is another item that you can give to your Sharran companion.
In Grymforge, you may come across an Idol of Shar. Pick this up and speak to Shadowheart. Offer her the idol to raise your approval with her. A different cutscene will play out if you do this as a Selûnite cleric.
