Marvel vs. Capcom Fighting Collection: Arcade Classics is a compilation of old arcade games featuring characters from both the Capcom and Marvel universes. Its diverse catalog of classics includes seven different games, ranging from 1993’s The Punisher to 2000’s Marvel vs. Capcom 2: New Age of Heroes. Upon its initial launch last year, the fighting game collection was met with strong reviews, completing a successful comeback for the crossover franchise whose fans hadn’t seen a new release since 2017’s Marvel vs. Capcom Infinite. Back in September, the Japanese developer revealed its decision to port the MvC compilation to Xbox after fans’ outcry on social media in the preceding months.
