Summary
- Defeat 100,000 enemies for Victory Sword with Queen Sigma, useful against specific enemies.
- Level Torrona’s Box to 9 for Omni, but beware of curse effects on enemy stats.
- Survive 15 mins in Boss Rush for Skip +2 requires challenging waves of boss enemies.
Vampire Survivors isn’t generally considered a game that requires a lot of effort on behalf of the player. Select weapons, kill, upgrade, kill, repeat tends to be the flow of the game, and the most input a player has is moving around the stage, targeting a treasure to go after, and navigating the waves of enemies. However, for players who want to get 100% of the achievements, some of them require a bit more thought and planning.

Vampire Survivors: 12 Most Powerful DLC Characters, Ranked
These characters from the Vampire Survivors DLCs are some of the most powerful of the bunch.
This incredibly popular indie game from developer Poncle is still attracting new players, and anyone coming to the game now might be wondering just how difficult it is to fully complete it. A lot of Vampire Survivors achievements will be unlocked through natural gameplay, but some of them are tethered to hidden items and upgrade combinations that aren’t so obvious. These achievements are the hardest to obtain in Vampire Survivors.
The DLCs added to Vampire Survivors since 1.0 have only added achievements related to upgrading/evolving new weapons and finding individual secrets, as opposed to the base game’s more in-depth cumulative achievements. As such, no DLC achievements are included in this list.

Victory Sword
One Versus One Hundred Thousand
- Requirement: Defeat 100,000 enemies in a single run with Queen Sigma
- Reward: Victory Sword (weapon)
The hard part of getting this achievement is really unlocking Queen Sigma, which is its own separate achievement. With that character, cutting down 100,000 enemies in a run isn’t such a tough objective, and it unlocks their starting weapon, Victory Sword, for other characters to use.
Victory Sword is a devastating melee attack, but it also has an interesting property that allows it to hit incorporeal enemies in Gallo Tower, Dairy Plant, and the Bone Zone. It has a hard prerequisite, but is not all that hard of an achievement to unlock by itself.
10
Omni
Evolutions And Curses
- Requirement: Get Torrona’s Box to level 9
- Reward: Omni (powerup)
This achievement is made more difficult by its prerequisite achievement, getting six evolved weapons at once. Once that’s done, players then need to wait for the Torrona’s Box choice to appear in their upgrade options.
This passive skill increases “omni” (all stats boost) by 4%, plus 3% per level. Players just need to level this passive up to level 9 to get the Omni achievement, but that also activates the item’s curse. The curse increases enemy speed, health, quantity, and frequency by 100%, so players will want to ditch Torrona’s Box as soon as they’ve got the achievement, or they will be quickly overwhelmed.

Skip 5
Boss Rush Survival
- Requirement: Survive 15 minutes in Boss Rash
- Reward: Skip +2
Once players have progressed far enough in Vampire Survivors, staying alive for a while in a stage isn’t the hardest challenge in the game. The Boss Rash map might be the hardest challenge map to achieve it on though, and that is what’s required to unlock the Skip 5 achievement..

Vampire Survivors features a vast array of playable characters for gamers to make use of; here are the strongest standard characters in the game.
This map spawns waves of bosses from other maps in the game, each with increased health, and every minute their health multiplier increases. That means that without constantly ramping up their damage, it can be hard for players not to get overwhelmed by high-powered enemies as time wears on.

Candybox
The Long Haul
- Requirement: Discover every standard evolution and union
- Reward: Candybox (weapon)
This achievement isn’t one where players need to overcome a particularly hard challenge, but it is one that requires time and patience. Players have to discover every standard weapon and evolution for the Candybox achievement, and that requires a lot of progression unlocks, some secret hunting, and even completing other achievements, like Omni, first.
Players who want the Candybox as a weapon option can expect to put a lot of time into unlocking this one, as it is not a matter of skill or luck, but simply committing to the grind.
7
Game Killer
The Ender
- Requirement: Defeat the final enemy in the Capella Magna, The Ender
- Reward: Game Killer (Arcana)
The amalgamation of the five reapers, The Ender, is one of the more imposing bosses in Vampire Survivors. To even reach this boss, players have to reach 30 minutes in the Capella Magna. That means defeating the other boss that spawns at 25 minutes, Trinacria, as well.
Since players will need a considerable amount of power to survive this long in Capella Magna, they’ll likely be able to go toe-to-toe with The Ender without too many issues, and will unlock the Game Killer achievement for their efforts. With that said, The Ender is one of the few bosses that actually forces players to use their movement smartly to consistently avoid their bigger attacks.

Tiny Bridge
Inverse Mode
- Requirement: Reach level 80 in inverse Gallo Tower
- Reward: Hyper Tiny Bridge (map variant)
Reaching level 80 in the Inverse Gallo Tower is a mediocre challenge in the grand scheme of the game. Unlocking Inverse Mode to do it, however, is a much bigger undertaking.

Vampire Survivors: 6 Hardest Stages, Ranked
Players are in for a real challenge when trying to complete the following stages in Vampire Survivors.
The player needs all Relics in the game in order to unlock Inverse Mode, which also means defeating the game’s final boss. Because of this requirement, Tiny Bridge will likely be one of the later achievements in the player’s unlock progress.
Secret Hunt
- Requirement: Find the Forbidden Scrolls of Morbane
- Reward: Unlocks secrets menu
Finding the secret scrolls only involves defeating a single boss enemy in the Bone Zone, but players have to find that enemy first, and know how to defeat it without accidentally making it stronger. The Katamari-inspired enemy, Sketamari, can roll around and amalgamate other monsters. If players trigger it early, the boss will be tough to take down, and will only get stronger as the round progresses.
The trick to taking it down is simple, though. If players never go near its location while leveling, they don’t trigger its ability to take in other monsters. That makes it easy to come back to the boss with a powered-up character and take it down quickly, unlocking the Forbidden Scrolls achievement.
4
Seal (1, 2 & 3)
Weapon Banisher
- Requirement: Banish 10, 20 & 40 weapons in a single run
- Reward: Seal (core stat/mechanic)
Before players can even pursue the Seal achievements, they’ll need a way to raise their Banish stat. This stat determines how many times a player can get rid of (or banish) a weapon in a given run. Players will need to fill out their collection to increase their ability to banish weapons, and getting the last tier of this achievement chain requires a fair bit of grinding.
The reward for each stage of the achievement chain is an increase in the Seal stat. This enables a menu mechanic through which the player can eliminate items from their level-up choices for the next run. This is very useful for players who want to work with a specific loadout to help with unlocking various other achievements.
3
I Can’t See Anything…
Just Find The Sign
- Requirement: Find the Yellow Sign
- Reward: Unlocks hidden stage items
Some of the hardest challenges in Vampire Survivors are the item hunts and the relatively obscure ways of unlocking secret areas and stages. For this achievement, players first have to survive 14 minutes in Moonglow and defeat the boss that spawns, but it has to be done with a non-secret character.

Then, they have to access the secret stage, Holy Forbidden, and progress to the east until they find the Yellow Sign. It’s worth the effort, as unlocking the I Can’t See Anything… achievement reveals previously hidden floor items in stages, which are new passive bonuses the player can collect; the Silver Ring, Gold Ring, Metaglio Left, and Metaglio Right.
2
Greatest Jubilee
Time For The Fireworks
- Requirement: See the final fireworks
- Reward: Greatest Jubilee (weapon)
Players might think that the hardest achievement in the game would be unlocked by beating the final boss, the Director. Thanks to all the extra things to do in Vampire Survivors, that’s not quite the case, but this achievement — for beating the final boss and seeing the ending — is still a tough one to get. To even get to the boss stage, Eudamonia Machine, players have to collect all the Relics in the previous stages.
Getting there is the hard part though, as beating the boss itself is just a case of surviving until level 22, when the boss’s final phase begins. Not only do players get a celebratory fireworks show for their efforts, but they can also take the fireworks with them with the new weapon Greatest Jubilee, that damages enemies with fireworks explosions.
1
Queen Sigma
Collector’s Edition
- Requirement: Complete the collection (Except Victory Sword and Sole Solution)
- Reward: Queen Sigma (character)
There are over 100 items in the collection of Vampire Survivors, and getting all the entries requires some serious effort. While it’s not quite the last trophy players will unlock, Queen Sigma essentially represents the full completion of the game. Players have to find every coffin hidden in levels, unlock all arcana, beat the final boss, and reach level 50 on most characters before they can get close to finding every collection item.
The reward is Queen Sigma, the ultimate secret character, who fortunately makes sweeping up the last couple of achievements a breeze. Her weapon, Victory Sword, and its evolution aren’t included in the completion requirements, for obvious reasons. That makes this the hardest achievement to grind out, but also the most worthwhile.
