Part II: What to do with Istvan Toth
The Crone Tower has a couple of guards, but they’re distracted as it’s already nighttime. Proceed further to the top of the tower until you trigger an autosave. What follows next is a confrontation with Istvan Toth.
You can now decide what to do with Istvan Toth in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2. Naturally, you can ask him about his motivations and his mindset. Once you’ve exhausted all dialogue options, you can eliminate him dishonorably, or you can engage him in a fair fight.
Make no mistake: Toth is ruthless, and he’s also wielding Henry’s sword. Henry is also in a weakened state and the gear you obtained from the guard isn’t really optimal. A single lucky blow from Toth could finish you off rather quickly, so you need to be careful when blocking and counterattacking.
After the cutscene where Toth falls to his doom, Henry will reacquire his old weapon: Radzig Kobyla’s Longsword. Moreover, you can inspect the room on the top floor to find your belongings, as well as important documents.
