The means to fast travel between regions becomes available halfway through the campaign, dozens of hours after you’ve started your journey. We don’t want to spoil all the details here, but the events that transpire cause Henry and company to search for a safe haven so they could plan their next move.
At this stage of the game, you’re given a chance to head back and forth between the Bohemian Paradise (the game’s first area that is comprised of Trosky and previously visited settlements) and Kuttenberg (another massive city and the surrounding countryside).
