How To Find Paradise Planets In No Man’s Sky
Look For Planets With Paraffinium Or Star Bulb
The easiest way to find a paradise planet in No Man’s Sky is by using Star Bulb or Paraffinium, which are exclusive to lush planets. If you have collected Paraffinium or Star Bulb during your travels, you can use the Catalogue to locate them.
Here’s what to do:
- Open the Catalogue & Guide menu.
- Find Star Bulb in the Plants tab or Paraffinium in the Raw Materials – Exotic tab.
- Select Locate Substance.
- Follow the guidance to reach the planet.
This will lead you to a lush planet, but it isn’t guaranteed to be a paradise planet. It can also be tropical, humid, overgrown, or any other subtype of lush planet. They often have all the things you may want from an Earth-like planet, but some of them may feature aggressive Sentinels and occasional storms. Even if you don’t end up finding a paradise planet, a lush planet of other types may be just as good.
Travel To The Lush Galaxy
No Man’s Sky has multiple galaxies that you can travel to from the Galactic Core. The first time you do that is at the end of the main story, where Atlas offers you a choice of where to go. There, you should choose the lush galaxy that has a higher chance of having lush and paradise planets.
Traveling to the Galactic Core takes a lot of warp jumps, but you can also look for Portals and specific coordinates that can shorten your trips. One of the best galaxies to look for lush planets is Eissentam. It’s the 10th galaxy in No Man’s Sky, which means you’re in for a little road trip, unless you know someone who has a base in that galaxy that you can travel to using the Anomaly.
