- Again, tap on Support, available at the top of the list.

- This will open the main Support page.
- There, tap Submit an inquiry once more, and then select an appropriate option under Inquiry Type.
- Next, provide your in-game name and inquiry title, and enter the details of your issue properly.
- Then, attach related images to your device specification and the issue you are facing, and tap Next.
- Lastly, provide your email address and tap on Submit an inquiry to complete the process.

If your issue is not solved after following the previous steps, you can try again by externally visiting the official website and submitting your issue to the support team.
