February is finally upon us, and the onslaught of high-level games is about to begin. First up, Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, which will release globally tomorrow, February 4. Ahead of its release, reviews were released on Monday, with our own Sam Hallahan giving it a 5/5, writing, “It’s not just a game about history – it’s a game that feels like it’s making history.”
That said, those looking to get the Platinum Trophy for the PlayStation 5 version of Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 should be aware that it’ll take an estimated 200 hours to hear that rewarding ping. That’s up from an estimated 150 hours to complete the original Kingdom Come: Deliverance.

Buckle Up For A Long Journey
As detailed by PowerPyx, a website dedicated to tracking trophies and providing guides, Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 has been given an “Approximate amount of time to Platinum” of 200 hours. Fortunately, its difficulty rating is rather generous at 5/10.
Still, even with a 5/10 difficulty rating, there are two key trophies that players could find themselves missing entirely. The first, Been There, Done That, requires that players complete 95% of all available side quests. The other, Lent, prohibits you from killing any animals or eating any meat. Per the guide, you’ll have to knock wolves unconscious via unarmed combat and rely on sustenance via soup pots to avoid voiding the trophy entirely.
If you’re able to overcome all of that, then you’ll rack up a sweet 49 trophies, including a Platinum Trophy that apparently encourages players to go “touch some grass.” Given the number of hours to get the Platinum, plus the number of games being released in February, it doesn’t sound like gamers will be near grass anytime soon.
