Best Light Cones for Aglaea in HSR

With the launch of Honkai: Star Rail‘s massive 3.0 update, Aglaea joins the roster as the first limited character from the new Remembrance path. Unlike

Ice Trailblazer, who provides excellent support utility
while following this path, Aglaea is a DPS-oriented Remembrance unit. However, given the limited selection of Remembrance light cones—many of which focus on team support rather than raw damage—players, especially F2P ones, may struggle to find optimal options until more DPS-focused alternatives become available.

There aren’t many light cone options to consider for Remembrance MC, however there is an excellent F2P one to consider.

That being said, here are the best light cone options for Aglaea in Honkai: Star Rail.

When memosprite’s turn starts, the wearer and the memosprite each gain 1 stack of “Commemoration.” Each stack increases DMG dealt by 12%, stacking up to 4 time(s). “Commemoration” is removed from the wearer and the memosprite when the memosprite disappears.

While Reminiscence isn’t as powerful as 4-star or 5-star light cones, it remains a decent F2P alternative option for Aglaea, particularly for players seeking a DMG-oriented alternative. The light cone provides a general DMG increase for both Aglaea and Garmentmaker, allowing for a steady boost in offensive capabilities. However, its biggest drawback lies in its stacking mechanic—it requires 4 turns to reach max stacks, meaning that in shorter battles, players may not experience its full effect.

That being said, since Garmentmaker attacks frequently, reaching the max stacks should not be a major issue in most encounters. While Reminiscence is far from ideal compared to higher rarity light cones, it can still be a passable choice for those who lack access to better options.

Increases the wearer’s CRIT DMG by 24%. When the wearer’s memosprite uses an ability on any ally target, increases all ally targets’ DMG dealt by 16%, lasting for 3 turn(s).

While Victory In a Blink’s second effect cannot be utilized when equipped on Aglaea—since Garmentmaker doesn’t target allies with abilities—it can still serve as a decent stat stick thanks to its Crit DMG boost. This makes it a passable option for players lacking stronger alternatives.

Notably, Victory In a Blink is also the only entirely F2P Remembrance light cone as of version 3.0, which can be acquired without relying on gacha pulls. However, unlike

Ice Trailblazer
, who benefits significantly from this light cone, Aglaea has better 4-star options that provide more relevant buffs for her damage output. Thus, while viable as a placeholder, players should consider switching to superior alternatives when available.

Increases the wearer’s ATK by 16%. After the wearer uses Ultimate, increases the Basic ATK DMG dealt by the wearer and their memosprite by 20%, lasting for 3 turn(s).

For those lucky enough to obtain Geniuses’ Greetings from gacha pulls and who have no interest or resources to go for Aglaea’s signature light cone, this option performs quite well as a DPS-oriented choice.

Aglaea benefits significantly from both the ATK% boost and the Basic ATK DMG increase, making this light cone a solid pick. In fact, at higher superimpositions, Geniuses’ Greetings can even outperform Sweat Now, Cry Less—which is otherwise the second-best option—if players don’t plan to superimpose the latter.

Increases the wearer’s CRIT Rate by 12%. When the wearer’s memosprite is on the field, increases the DMG dealt by the wearer and their memosprite by 24%.

Sweat Now, Cry Less is currently the best generic 4-star light cone for DPS-oriented Remembrance users, which is only Aglaea for now. However, since it is

locked behind the Battle Pass
, it is a strictly non-F2P option.

For those willing to spend, this light cone provides both Crit Rate for Aglaea and also DMG dealt buffs for both Aglaea and Garmentmaker, making it the strongest 4-star option, only falling behind Aglaea’s signature light cone in overall performance.

Increases the wearer’s base SPD by 12. After the wearer and the wearer’s memosprite attacks, the wearer gains 1 stack of “Brocade.” Each stack of “Brocade” increases the wearer’s and their memosprite’s CRIT DMG by 9%, stacking up to 6 time(s). When reaching maximum stacks, each “Brocade” stack additionally increases Basic ATK DMG dealt by 9%.

Time Woven Into Gold is Aglaea’s signature light cone and undoubtedly her best-in-slot option, providing nearly all the stats she needs for maximum damage output. Compared to other options, it offers a significantly higher base ATK, ensuring a stronger foundation for her damage scaling. Additionally, it increases Aglaea’s SPD, which she also benefits from. Since Aglaea primarily deals damage through Basic ATKs, the bonus to Basic ATK DMG directly enhances her performance, making this light cone the most effective choice for her playstyle.

Beyond these benefits, Time Woven Into Gold also grants a powerful Crit DMG buff that applies to both Aglaea and Garmentmaker, stacking up to six times for immense scaling especially over longer battles. However, unlike characters such as

Acheron, who rely on their signature light cone
to fully enable their kit, Aglaea does not depend on this weapon to function. While it greatly improves her damage output, she can still perform well with alternative options. This means that players who prioritize pulling for new characters rather than their light cones can afford to skip it, especially if they have strong 4-star alternatives like Sweat Now, Cry Less.
