Quick Links
Resident Evil 2 will have a lock of backtracking, especially during the early hours while you explore the police station. There are a lot of small changes throughout the station depending on who you are playing as, mixing up each playthrough just a bit.
The biggest difference between Claire and Leon is the guns they use, so a lot of the ammo also found throughout the game will be different. The Men’s Locker Room found on the second floor has the same code no matter who you are playing as, though the reward inside will be different; here’s how to find the code and what’s in the locker.

Where To Find The Men’s Locker Room Locker Combination In Resident Evil 2 Remake
To find the combination for the locker, you’ll need to progress until Marvin calls you back to the main lobby and shows you the camera of your companion trying to enter the police station. Once outside and after seeing them, you’ll get the Bolt Cutters which can then be taken to the Operations Room along the western side of the first floor.
Use the cutters on the chain along the back right corner of the room to gain access to the back room. Inside, on the whiteboard along the left side of the room will be the code for the locker.

What Is The Combination For The Men’s Locker Room In Resident Evil 2 Remake
The Locker Room combination is CAP. While you can find the code first to access the locker, you can also choose to enter the code whenever as it will work either way. The contents inside will be different depending on if you’re playing as Leon or Claire:
- Leon – 3 Shotgun Shells
- Claire – 2 Flame Rounds
Both of these rewards are additional ammunition for the second weapon each character gets. Both the Shotgun and the Grenade Launcher are obtained in the Safety Deposit Room found on the western side of the first floor. The weapon itself is locked in the back wall, and you’ll first need to get the diamond key before using it to go through the door in the Waiting Room. The Weapons Locker Key Card is found in the Art Room on the second floor, and with the card in hand, you can go get the second weapon whenever you’d like. While it is completely optional, it’s recommended to always get it on any playthrough to take advantage of additional ammo found.
