The Sniper Elite games are packed with features, one such feature being Kill Challenges. Sniper Elite: Resistance features these Kill Challenges for 7 of the 9 campaign missions. Kill Challenges can easily go awry, so it is a good idea to save at pivotal points during the operation. This is because enemies being alerted can spook the target and make the required condition unachievable.
Uwe Schoene can easily get locked in a loop where he just moves throughout the house and never enters the room where this Kill Challenge takes place. A similar situation can happen with Ludwig Spiegel’s Kill Challenge. So this guide has been broken into key sections where players can make saves to avoid getting caught in this loop and avoid having to replay large portions trying to accomplish it.

Where to Find Uwe Schoene
The Kill Target for this mission is inside a building that players can reach by staying close to the left side of the map. Players will want to wait at the starting location for the trick to arrive at the checkpoint. When it does, shoot one of the exploding barrels. This will kill both the driver and the checkpoint guard. Make your way through the checkpoint and keep to the left wall. There will be 1 guard to deal with.
Take him out silently, as any commotion will require the player to restart the mission. Just past the guard will be a road that a tank will drive past. Wait for it to be out of sight and then cross the road, climb over the wall, and hide in the tall grass next to the building with your Kill Target. If enemies start investigating noise, it is okay so long as they do not turn red. Once they are done investigating, climb up into the window of the building. Make a save here in case anything goes wrong. You don’t want to have to redo long sections.
How To Use The Coal Torpedo in Sniper Elite: Resistance
There is a Coal Torpedo in the room you will climb into from the window. There is also a second Coal Torpedo in the attic for players that accessed the building from the roof. Leave through the open door and head up the stairs. There will be several open doors on your right. Sneak past these doors and make a right turn, sneaking past the other open doors.
Head through the open door straight ahead to find a room with a fire and a basket. Put the Coal Torpedo in the basket next to the fireplace. Then go hide behind the desk. Now just wait for Schoene to come in and use the Coal Torpedo. This will kill him and complete the Kill Challenge.
