Where To Find Skyward Voyage Quest in Wuthering Waves
The Skyward Voyage side quest in Wuthering Waves will be available by default after entering Rinascita by progressing through the main story. The mission is initiated once you talk to the “Old Captain” Davide, who should be nestled in the ruins, located northeast of the Twin Peaks.
There’s a Resonance Beacon that will grant direct access to the location. Just teleport and drop to the platform below to find the NPC. Having no prerequisites will be beneficial here, as players start the Skyward Voyage quest right away.
Skyward Voyage Quest Walkthrough
At the beginning of the quest, Davide will engage in a conversation regarding the last voyage of his life. He aims to conquer the sky on this journey using nothing but a gondola. The old man believes that a TD built like a giant stuffed toy is packed with raw strength to launch his ferry forward.
Show Davide the Cuddle Wuddle
What Davide was implying is none other than the Cuddle Wuddle Tacet Discord, which has the ability to transform into an Echo in Wuthering Waves. You might want to absorb the creature to progress through the quest if you haven’t captured one already. They are densely populated in Twin Peaks, Oakheart Highcourt, and many other places in Rinascita. The Guidebook features a section for Echoes to help track them.
To flaunt the Tacet Discord to Davide, however, equip it in the active Resonator’s first Echo slot. Assign the Projector to the Utility Wheel and select it. Press the hotkey to project the Cuddle Wuddle in front of the NPC. Now, take a seat on the marker and witness the Old Captain’s first failed voyage attempt through a short cutscene.
Show Davide the Fae Ignis
Once again, the utilities in Wuthering Waves will come in handy given how you need the projector for this specific part of the side quest. This time, show the Fae Ignis Echo instead of the Cuddle Wuddle to inspire Davide. Witness his departure over again to progress to the next objective.
Save the Wingray
After a couple of failed attempts, Davide believes that a Wingray can only make his gondola fly. Luckily, a nearby Fractsidus camp has one hostage. Players must defeat the enemies in the settlement and use heavy attacks to break the cage holding the Echo.
Upon doing so, head back to Davide’s location and talk to him. Sit down to watch his final departure. The Skyward Voyage quest ends once you find and talk to him at the Silver Moon Grove, the island located north of Whisperwind Haven.
