Starmie ex runs the huge benefit of having a free Retreat Cost, as well as a solid 130 HP and 90 damage attack, making it a perfect choice to run alongside Articuno. Articuno operates as the main Ace of the deck, dealing damage to the opponent’s Active Pokemon and Benched Pokemon with Blizzard, and Vaporeon backs up as a strong support to assist with Energy efficiency between your Pokemon. Vaporeon & Articuno Ex Deck Build

Vaporeon & Gyarados Ex Deck Build

Once again, this deck focuses on the assistance of Misty to ramp up Energy in a single turn, as long as you have lucky coin flips, and the Vaporeon can assist in moving these Energies as needed to adapt. Lapras Ex Deck Build

Lapras ex has the unique ability to provide self-sustain with its Bubble Drain attack, which will restore 20 HP every turn in which it is used. As this is paired with a very solid HP of 140, Lapras works as a suitable Ace for Water-type decks, as it can KO many Pokemon in two turns maximum. To back up Lapras, an assortment of different Supporter/Trainer cards are implemented, both buffing it in terms of adding extra Energy through Misty, and boosting damage with Giovanni, Potion supporting with extra heals, and Sabrina helping to disrupt the opponent.
