In many cases, these heroes, villains, and anti-heroes already have an established fanbase, helping add hype to the new content releases.

Ninja highlighted the frequent content updates for Marvel Rivals, saying a new map was coming to the game soon. Thanks to the number of characters in Marvel lore, he claimed NetEase Games had “enough for updates for the next 10 years.” In addition, the streamer pointed to what he considered an “abysmal” launch for Overwatch 2, noting the lack of the originally promised PvE mode from Blizzcon 2019.
