In 2016, Pokemon celebrated its 20th anniversary. This was a huge year for Pokemon fans everywhere. Many great limited-time cards were released. This includes the Pikachu 20th Anniversary Festa card. This card was given out to those who participated in the 20th Anniversary Festa at Toki, Messa, Niigata. It was also handed out at the Nagoya Trade & Industry Center in Nagoya for a short while.

Since it was only available in Japan, these cards are very hard to come by. An ungraded card can sell for as much as $2,580.00. However, a pristine copy of this card can sell for more than $8,600.00.
