Players return to the Safe Haven to meet up with Poppy and Doey after defeating the Doctor and getting the Omni-Hand in Poppy Playtime Chapter 4. However, the conversation is quickly cut short when the sanctuary is attacked by the Prototype. The Safe Haven will be left defenseless without the generator, so it’s up to the players and Ollie to get it to work again, so the Safe Haven can be saved.

How to Repair the Safe Haven Generator in Poppy Playtime Chapter 4
Right when Poppy and Doey are having a conversation with the players, Poppy receives a call from Ollie. He warns everyone about an impending attack on the Safe Haven by the Prototype. After hearing this, everyone starts to panic and Doey heads outside to halt the attack. Until then, you’ll have to find a way to fix the generator with the help of Ollie.
Here’s how players can fix the Safe Haven generator in Poppy Playtime Chapter 4.
- First, you’ll have to place the Omni-Hand on the red scanner at the side of the generator. Doing this will open up the cover, revealing the internal machinery that needs to be fixed.
- Now, you’ll need to flip the red breaker switch on the left side of the generator. According to Ollie, this resets the generator, and may even turn down the Safe Haven defenses if off for too long.
- Once the generator is reset, look behind you to spot two machinery items on the table. Grab the circular external resistor from the table and insert it into a matching slot into the generator.
- Once the external resister is inserted, players will need to use the Omni-Hand once again to reset the generator’s chipset protocols. This is essential to replace another broken part inside the generator.
- Now grab the cube-shaped item called the “Buster Surge Protector” from the table. First, remove the old surge protector from the generator. After that, replace it with the new one you’ve just picked up.
After following Ollie’s instructions, the generator will be successfully repaired, and the Safe Haven defenses will be back online. Poppy will call players out to thank them for their help repairing the Safe Haven generator in Poppy Playtime Chapter 4.
