Feed Lines

Citizen Sleeper 2 Karsten.

Location

Hexport

Upgrade

+5 To Fuel Capacity

We’re including this one just for the sake of being thorough. Your first primary Drive will be obtaining the Feed Lines. You’ll either do this by purchasing them, swapping for them, or stealing them from Karsten. Swapping and stealing the Feed Lines will require you to complete the Solheim HS22 contract.

HazNav

Location

Wellspring

Upgrade

Navigate Through Asteroid Belts

This is another pivotal piece of equipment that you will essentially be forced to acquire at some point in the game. You’ll need to make your way to the Wellspring station – it is the north-most location on your map. Once you do, you’ll help Sarafin free his sister Tala. There are two paths forward, but both of them will provide you with the HazNav in the end.

Upgraded Engine

Location

Far Spindle

Upgrade

Increase the rig’s range

For this one, you’ll need to acquire Bliss in the Far Spindle. Soon after, they’ll inform you that you can upgrade your Engine, though you’ll need to acquire eight Engine Components in order to complete this upgrade. There are a number of contracts that will supply you with Engine Components, but the easiest way to grab them is to buy them at the Flotsam Space Station. The cheaper method is to manufacture them in the Scatteryards.

Mushroom Harvest

Citizen Sleeper 2. Nemba from Nemba's Kitchen on The Far Spindle.

Location

Far Spindle

Upgrade

Generate Supplies

In order to acquire this self-replenishing source of food, you’ll need to talk to Nemba in the Far Spindle and engage with their Help Nemba Drive. This will see you bounce between the Far Spindle and the Greenbelt. Partway through this drive, as you are delivering spores, mushrooms will start growing on your ship. As long as you don’t vacuum them out of your ship, you’ll now be able to harvest the mushrooms.
