Play as a matchmaker for groups of hilariously particular people with pet peeves
Is This Seat Taken? is a casual logic puzzle game, where you play as a matchmaker, deciding who sits where. In this game, your goal is to organize groups of people based on their unique preferences.
You will play Nat, an aspiring actor who sees a familiar shape on the big screen, embarking on a journey across various cities, each with its own set of levels, characters, and charm, to meet their hero and figure out how to fit in.
The game comes with some quirky characters with their unique and interesting personalities
Apart from the opportunity to experience Nat’s heartfelt story, I am also intrigued to discover each character’s unique personality, ranging from relatable to outlandish, and everything in between. Whether it’s a Cinema, a packed bus, a wedding reception, or more, every setting introduces these new characters with specific tastes, requiring you to properly read the room and find the perfect seating arrangements.
Additionally, the puzzles seem very satisfying and enjoyable, offering a chill experience with no timers or leaderboards. Moreover, as you progress, you will unlock new scenarios, from bus rides to banquets, and more.
Is This Seat Taken is set to launch on Android and iOS, with the official date yet to be announced. Currently, you can wishlist the game on Steam, with the demo coming on February 10, 2025.
