Where to Find Map Fragments in Necesse
Map Fragments are drops that players can find all over the world of Necesse from chests, as well as rewards for defeating the mobs that spawn in different biomes in the game. These fragments aren’t particularly rare and have a fairly high drop rate.
This means that you’ll inevitably find a couple of them during your exploration. If you can’t find one easily, you should go down to the caves and explore them, killing any monster that you come across to farm for the fragments. Alternatively, players can kill the mob that spawn at night on the surface for a chance to obtain them. They can also be purchased from the Broken Pirate NPC.

How to Combine And Use Map Fragments in Necesse
Map Fragments can be quite useful to the player during exploration. There are three main uses for the map fragments:
- You can use them to make a cartographer table at the workstation. This requires x2 Map Fragment and x10 Any Log to make.
- You can sell them to either the pawnbroker or the traveling merchant to make some extra money.
- You can combine them to make a Map using the Demonic Workstation. The Local Village Map and Local Dungeon Map require x2 Map Fragment while Local Pirate Map costs x4 Map Fragment and x50 Coins.
