In order to get this weapon, players will need to get through the Divine Tower of Caelid and defeat the Godskin Apostle boss that can be found there. The weapon is in a chest after the boss.

There are a lot of options to choose from, and that doesn’t include using Blood Infusion to give it the ability to build Bleed up.
It can be obtained through defeating a group of Bloodfiends in Prospect Town in the Gravesite Plain. This isn’t too difficult of a task either, which makes this an easy choice.
