Best Cozy Games To Cuddle Up On The Couch With
These cozy games are the perfect way to unwind and relax.
This is more likely than not why the best outfits are the ones that are not freely given to you. Of course, while you do still have to work for the majority of them, collecting Napopo figures and exchanging them, you could also cheat (just a little bit) and input specific codes to get two outfits without any work, really.

Basic Outfit
With You From The Start
You start off with the basic outfit, and while it’s fine, it’s certainly not outstanding or eye-catching. Although, if you like being able to see all your customized charms, this might be one of the better ones that you can take.
Even still, if you’ve got the Napopo figures and the will, there’s no reason not to change up this outfit for a little bit more flair and visual appeal. In some ways, changing the outfit for one you’ve worked for also functions as a fairly decent metaphor for how Mika has changed as a person and a witch… Although that’s probably more of a stretch than just arguing to change the outfit because others look better and cooler.

Amazing Deliveries Uniform
Dress For The Job You Have
From a roleplaying angle, this is the perfect outfit to wear for about an act and a half… after that, well, you probably shouldn’t adorn your uniform anymore because you get fired from your job. Given how short the game is, it makes sense that you don’t have your job for a really long time but Mika really did only get to wear that uniform for about a day.

As much as Mika may love delivering packages, everyone knows her as the delivery girl and, therefore, there’s not much reason to keep wearing the uniform denoting her as the delivery girl. Even still, the Amazing Deliveries uniform is unique, given that it doesn’t have a typical witch hat and does look a bit like a mail carrier hat. Furthermore, this is another outfit that is simply given to you and you haven’t really earned.

Mom’s Clothes
Who Doesn’t Love Hand-Me-Downs?
Mom’s Clothes are, admittedly, very similar to the basic outfit. However, they have a bit of celestial flair that makes them both visually appealing and more fun. Sure, Mom’s Clothes don’t actually make a difference for what type of witch Mika will grow up to be, but you can imagine that the celestial imagery is indicative that she might go into astrology or the like one day. Plus, they’re pretty comfortable and cozy-looking, which fits into the world of Mika and the Witch’s Mountain pretty well.
While you can technically work to buy Mom’s Clothes from the Napopo Altar for 50 Napopos, you could make things a lot easier and input the code 1300 in the Mailbox… If you do, then it’s almost like your mom sent you a change of clothes, instead of leaving you stranded in an unfamiliar town that doesn’t seem to have a clothing store in sight.

Black Cat Outfit
The Classic Witch And Familiar Fit
The sad thing about the Black Cat outfit is that you don’t actually get a black cat familiar to go alongside you. It would be nice, if maybe, there was a charm or something of the like that gave you a friendly animal familiar earlier in the game (more specifically, a black cat familiar), but alas, such does not exist.
If you like the more classic witch outfits or you like the darker outfits for a hint of ‘edginess’ in this cozy game, then the Black Cat outfit is the way to go. It helps Mika to stand out against the bright and cheerful environment too, so that’s an added benefit. Of course, if you want this outfit you could buy it with 50 Napopo statues… or… just like Mom’s Clothes, you could just input a little code (0403) and get it for free.
2
Magical Girl Outfit
Inspired By Nondescript Magical Girl Anime
Although this outfit doesn’t really scream classic witch, it does hit that nostalgia factor by managing to look so familiar as a magical girl outfit. It doesn’t quite fit the mold of Sailor Moon, Madoka Magica, or other great magical girl anime, but it does capture the essence of that ‘pretty-in-pink’ magical girl transformation.
Perhaps it has something to do with the big bow and the monochrome palette, but whatever it is, it works, and it fits into the world of Mika and the Witch’s Mountain really well. The only downside to this outfit is that it’s a lot of pink, and if you don’t like pink, you won’t like this outfit. But, you are forced to work for it, gathering up a handful of Napopo Statues to exchange for it which makes it all the more rewarding.

Churo Express Outfit
Sugary Sweet and Bitterly Hard To Get
It’s a bit odd to rank the best outfit as the hardest one to get, but when you finally have your hands on it, it’s so rewarding. Of course, you won’t get to wear this outfit for the whole game, given that you can only obtain it after finishing the final quest.
However, you can wear this sugar-coated outfit while attempting to grind out a 100 percent completion. The Churo Express Outfit is obtained by completing all of the broom races (which, for a cozy game, are absurdly frustrating) but it’s the perfect physical trophy of your flight mastery. You can’t buy this outfit or cheat it in – you genuinely have to work for it. It fits the message of Mika and the Witch’s Mountain perfectly and that’s why it’s the best outfit in the game.
