Pokemon‘s Team Rocket has been around since the first generation of the franchise and has a set dedicated to them in the TCG. Simply called Team Rocket, the expansion was released in April 2000 and included 83 cards. Every final evolution in Team Rocket has a dark version of that particular Pokemon that had high attack power but low HP when compared to their normal variations.

The card was made exclusively for the English version of the Team Rocket expansion and was numbered 83/82. According to DOOM_64_fan, they received the booster pack from a mystery box that they purchased at Walmart. It is an incredible pull to get, as it is one of the best chase cards in the Team Rocket set.
