Goddess of Victory: NIKKE, the sci-fi RPG from SHIFT UP and Level Infinite, introduces the Romantic Valentine event in its latest update. The details are out ahead of the update’s arrival on February 13, 2025. This update brings two new SSR characters for us, a mini-game, and gameplay content, while also introducing some additional content, which I will cover in this article.
Goddess of Victory: NIKKE ‘Romantic Valentine’ Event Overview
New Characters: SSR Mast and SSR Anchor
The update brings two new SSR characters, both fitting into a maid-themed aesthetic. SSR Mast: Romantic Maid is a Supporter unit capable of enhancing her allies’ attacks by redistributing damage. Her Burst Skill significantly boosts the attack power of all allies. Mast wields the Romantic Heart (MG) as her weapon belongs to the Elysion faction, and has a Water code.
The second one is SSR Anchor: Innocent Maid, another Supporter character who focuses on healing and increasing team survivability. Her Burst Skill restores HP to all allies which is helpful in longer battles. Anchor wields the Innocent Question (RL), belongs to Elysion, and also has a Water code. Both will be available in the Special Recruit system.
Romantic Valentine Story Event and New Costumes
The Valentine’s Day-themed Romantic Valentine event introduces a charming storyline where the Commander temporarily takes charge of a Maid Cafe, leading to unexpected encounters and new interactions. The event runs from January 30 to February 19, 2025.
By participating, you can collect event items that can be exchanged for Recruit Vouchers and skill upgrade materials. Additionally, the event includes a Challenge Stage, where you must defeat bosses to earn extra rewards.
Several characters are receiving new limited-time outfits in this update. Sin – Backstreet Dream will be obtainable through the BACKSTREET MAID PASS which you can unlock by progressing through the pass. Trony – Sweet Step will be part of the February Mission Pass, meaning you can acquire it by completing specific challenges and missions. Lastly, Drake – Maid For Villain will be available in the Cash Shop via purchase.
Mini-Game: PIRATE CAFE
Adding a fun gameplay twist, the PIRATE CAFE mini-game transforms the Maid Cafe into a pirate-themed restaurant under Mast’s direction. Players will take on the role of café staff, serving endless waves of customers while managing orders efficiently. This event period is the same as the Romantic Valentine event.
Login Event, Event Archives, and other updates
A new 14-day login event titled ROMANCE DRINK will reward you with Recruit Vouchers and development materials simply by logging in daily. The Event Archives section gets BOOMS DAY on January 30, 2025. The FULL BURST DAY event will run on two separate weekends.
A brand-new Solo Raid challenge and Coordinated Operation will be there are usual. Pass Costume shop and new titles have been added.
