The WWE 2K series is coming to Netflix Games this fall, allowing fans of the wrestling series to take the squared circle action with them on the go through their mobile devices. Netflix and WWE have been in a lucrative partnership since early last year, when the two entertainment juggernauts made a landmark deal to air WWE Monday Night Raw live on Netflix around the world starting on January 6.
Since then, WWE fans have gotten to witness some major milestone moments during Netflix’s first few Monday Night Raw episodes, such as Roman Reigns regaining his title as Tribal Chief from the usurping Solo Sikoa, the WWE debut of former AEW luchador Penta, and several big stars announcing their participation in the upcoming Royal Rumble match. Most recently, Paul Heyman helped unveil the official box art for WWE 2K25, featuring none other than Roman Reigns as this year’s cover star.

WWE 2K25 Special Editions Explained
WWE 2K25 has been officially revealed, and as is usual for the franchise, fans will have a couple of editions to choose from.
Now Netflix has another exciting announcement for WWE gaming fans: the WWE 2K series is coming to Netflix Games this fall. This news came from WWE superstar CM Punk, who appeared in a video on the official Netflix Games Twitter account to reveal that WWE 2K will be available on mobile devices as a Netflix exclusive in late 2025. Not much else was revealed at this time.
WWE 2K Netflix Mobile Release Window
As mentioned before, WWE 2K25 was recently announced, and it is already promising to shake up the formula of the last few installments in many ways. In addition to Roman Reigns being the cover star, WWE 2K25’s Showcase Mode will be centered around the legendary Anoa’i family of wrestlers, with players able to both relive and rewrite some of the Bloodline’s greatest matches. Other new features include the return of intergender matches and chain wrestling, as well as an interactive online experience called “The Island.”
The Netflix Era has been an exciting time for WWE fans so far, and things will get even more interesting when WWE 2K launches on Netflix Games this fall. WWE already has many mobile-exclusive titles like the card-based WWE Supercard and WWE Mayhem, but this latest Netflix announcement promises to bring the console-level action and polish of the mainline WWE 2K series to handheld mobile devices, right when both the series and the larger WWE franchise are entering a new era of popularity.
