Black Ops 6 and Warzone Season 2 has arrived, bringing one of the biggest content updates yet. Fans diving into this latest seasonal update will be greeted with additional maps like Dealership and Bounty, along with a variety of new modes. However, some of the most anticipated content comes in the form of additional weapons, with one underrated option being the Feng 82.
The Feng 82 is a Light Machine Gun boasting excellent firepower in Black Ops 6. This slow-firing, heavy-hitting LMG provides outstanding accuracy, one of the fastest reload speeds in its category, and an impressive level of damage range. However, it is on the slower side, making it essential for players to customize it with the best loadout.

Squid Games’ crossover with Black Ops 6 may have started a trend. Here are some other Black Ops 6 crossovers that could make for some exciting events.
How To Unlock The Feng 82
The Feng 82 is a free HVT reward that players can acquire through the Season 2 Battle Pass. To unlock it, players must first claim all rewards within Page 3 of the Battle Pass through the use of their Tokens, either manually or via the Auto Spend feature. Once done, the Feng 82 will be available to claim with a final Token.
Following the conclusion of Season 2, the Feng 82 will move over to the Armory for players who have not already unlocked it.

First up is a powerful eight-attachment build for the Feng 82, designed to enhance its performance in the fast-paced action of Black Ops 6 Multiplayer. Utilizing the attachments showcased above provides an overall boost to mobility and sprint speed, along with improved sprint-to-fire and aim-down-sights speeds—making the weapon more suited for run-and-gun playstyles.
Other neat benefits include an increase in damage range and a reduction in both horizontal and vertical recoil. The resulting build for the Feng 82 proves to be a versatile choice for all ranges, whether it’s gunning down opponents up close or picking off players from afar.
Best Black Ops 6 Perks & Wildcard
- Gung-Ho (Perk 1)
- Assassin (Perk 2)
- Double Time (Perk 3)
- Enforcer (Specialty)
- Gunfighter (Wildcard)
No loadout is complete without a Perk Package and a reliable Wildcard. While the options above are generally favorable for all weapon types, they provide notable benefits for the Feng 82. Although the aforementioned build improves mobility, the Feng 82 is still relatively slow. However, with the selected Perks, players will experience increased tactical sprint durations and faster movement while reloading.
Additional benefits of this Perk Package include the ability to pinpoint high-streak enemies on the minimap, as well as improved movement speed and health regeneration after securing an elimination. When it comes to Wildcards, the obvious choice is Gunfighter, which grants access to up to eight attachment slots for the Feng 82.
Black Ops 6 Secondary Recommendations
Players looking for an excellent secondary have two solid options. The first is the Grekhova, arguably one of the best Handguns in the game due to its full-auto capability. This feature grants it a respectable time-to-kill up close, though at the cost of poor range. For those seeking more firepower, the Sirin 9mm is another excellent choice. Functioning more like a compact Submachine Gun, it occupies the Special category, making it a highly versatile secondary option.

- Willis 3x (Optic)
- Compensator (Muzzle)
- Reinforced Barrel (Barrel)
- Ranger Foregrip (Underbarrel)
- Extended Mag I (Magazine)
Next is a Warzone build for the Feng 82, designed to break into the long-range meta. Unlike the previous setup, this build prioritizes increased bullet velocity and damage range, allowing players to land shots more reliably at a distance without needing to lead their reticle.
Additional enhancements include improved vertical recoil control, a scope for greater long-range accuracy, and an extended magazine for sustained fire. The result is an exceptional Light Machine Gun, well-suited for laying down suppressive fire from afar.
Best Warzone Perks & Wildcard
- Mountaineer (Perk 1)
- Sprinter (Perk 2)
- Resolute (Perk 3)
- Overkill (Wildcard)
With the Feng 82 limiting movement speed and its relatively long reload time, players may struggle to keep up with more skilled opponents when using this Light Machine Gun. However, the Perks listed above help mitigate these drawbacks while also providing reduced fall damage for better mobility. When it comes to the Wildcard, players face a tough choice. However, for this specific loadout, Overkill is the standout option, allowing them to run an additional primary weapon alongside the Feng 82.
Warzone Secondary Recommendations
The general rule of thumb for most Warzone loadouts is to run an additional Primary weapon in the Secondary slot—one that compensates for the weaknesses of the Primary weapon. Since the Feng 82 is generally quite sluggish in close-quarters combat but handles long-range engagements well, weapons from the Submachine Gun category are an excellent choice.
For Season 2, some of the top Submachine Guns include the Jackal PDW, the Saug, and the PP-919. However, for players looking to try out a weapon unique to the season, the PPSH-41 may prove to be a solid choice for close-range gunfights.
