Every Civ 7 special edition tier comes with extra content, including the Standard Edition, which grants a Leader and Civ if you pre-order the base game. The other three Civ 7 editions unlock several exclusive rewards, though, including access to future DLC content, exclusive Civ 7 Leader personas and cosmetics, and even physical rewards.
Civ 7 Standard Edition – Price & Pre-Order Rewards

The Civilization 7 Standard Edition grants access to the base game on February 11, 2025 – the standard release date. If you pre-order Civilization 7 rewards players with access to the Tecumseh Leader and the Shawnee Civilization.
After the game launches, Tecumseh and the Shawnee will be exclusive to the Deluxe and Founders editions and will not be included in the Standard Edition.

The Civilization 7 Founders Edition grants Advanced Access to Civ 7 five days early on February 6, 2025.
Founders Edition unlocks everything contained in the Deluxe Edition, including access to the Crossroads of the World Collection when it launches by March 2025, the Tecumseh Leader and Shawnee Civ, and everything in the Deluxe Content Pack. Civ 7 Founders Edition also rewards buyers with the exclusive Founder’s Content Pack and the Right to Rule Collection, a post-launch DLC that will be available by September 2025.
The Founders Edition will only be available until February 28, 2025, and is a digital-exclusive Civilization 7 special edition tier.
