While doing the main story of Amphoreus in Honkai: Star Rail, you’ll constantly use the Hands of Zagreus to create bridges or clear obstacles in your path. These hands were left by the Trickery Titan before he got defeated by the Chrysos Heir, and they’re quite important for navigation.

Apart from that, these hands have a secondary objective in the form of Coins of Whimsy. These can be found at all places where you can control a hand, and collecting all these coins will spawn a chest in the area for free rewards.
Strife Ruins Castrum Kremnos Coins Of Whimsy Locations
The Strife Ruins area has two locations where you can get these Coins of Whimsy as you’ll be controlling two different hands. Here are all the locations you’ll need for both of these:

You can only control the Hands Of Zagreus in Janusopolis when the area is in Dawn mode, and the Coins also appear in this mode.

Keep in mind that if you want to get the coins in the 3D plane of this area, you have to switch it to Evernight mode since there are no coins in Dawn.
