Use these tips to obtain high-stat armor with excellent stat distributions.
Some amazing Exotics have also been added this season, notably Icebreaker from the original Destiny. Nearly every reprised weapon has seen some major changes, so let’s jump straight into the changes. Here is every new weapon you can earn in Episode: Revenant, along with their perk pools and Exotic perks.
Updated January 19, 2025, by Charles Burgar: The rest of Revenant’s seasonal and Exotic weapons are now available. To ensure this article is as comprehensive as possible, we’ve updated it to include all of Act 3’s weapons, notably the Slayer’s Fang Exotic Shotgun.
New Exotics
Revenant has three new Exotic weapons to chase: Alethonym, Ice Breaker, and Slayer’s Fang. Alethonym is a Primary ammo, Stasis Grenade Launcher. Kills generate Vestiges at the target you can collect. With enough stacks, you can convert your next shot into a Special or Heavy ammo brick for your entire squad. You can earn this weapon from the Revenant Season Pass.
Ice Breaker returns from the original Destiny, although its passive ammo generation has been reworked into a more active gameplay loop. Kills with other weapons will generate ammo for Icebreaker. Tougher enemies grant more progress towards your next ammo generation. Additionally, kills with this weapon cause the target to explode. If it’s a precision kill, the target will Ignite instead. You can earn this weapon from the new Vesper’s Host dungeon.
Slayer’s Fang is an Exotic Shotgun that fires a salvo of ricocheting projectiles, granting you the DPS of a slug shotgun with the usability of a pellet shotgun. Its Exotic perk triggers on kill, granting the user Truesight, enhanced weapon stats, and a 15% Weaken debuff to this weapon’s projectiles.

Seasonal Weapons
As with Echoes, there are ten new weapons tied to Revenant content. You can earn these weapons from the season’s Onslaught playlist and certain Tonic consumables, a craftable item this season.
Unlike previous seasons, you cannot craft these weapons. Enhanced, double perk variants can drop in Onslaught (similar to the Into the Light gilded drops), but red border drops are not possible.
Dark Ether Reaper Origin Trait
Weapons from this season drop with Dark Ether Reaper, which spawns explosive charges on kills. You can detonate the charges with your gun by running into them for a partial magazine refill.

Revenant Ritual Weapon
This episode’s ritual weapon is Fair Judgment, a 450 RPM Auto Rifle with a solid suite of PvE perks. Rimestealer mixed with Headstone can be quite powerful when mixed with Stasis Aspects. Precision kills will spawn Stasis Crystals, and breaking said crystals will give you Frost Armor.
For general add clear or PvP play, you’ll want to use Dynamic Sway Reduction with Onslaught. Shots become more accurate as you hold down the trigger, and kills increase your gun’s fire rate for a short duration. It’s not the strongest AR for PvE or PvP, but it’s a solid workhorse if you’re a new or returning Guardian.
