In Palworld, you have to catch Pals and build your base, where you can craft a variety of items. As the game progresses, the crafting requirements greatly increase, and so does the power requirement for creating high-quality items. From mid to late-game, you’ll need electricity in your base to power assembly lines and all other high-tech structures.

The regular power generator can produce enough electricity to power a few things, but as your base grows, and you build more high-tech structures, you’ll need the efficiency of the Large Power Generator to supply your base with electricity. Pair it up with an Accumulator, and you’ll never have to worry about running out of power again.

How To Build A Large Power Generator
The Large Power Generator can be unlocked from the Technology menu at level 49 with four Ancient Technology Points. Once unlocked, you’ll need the following items to craft it:

Crafted on an Electric Furnace with 4x Ore and 2x Paldium Fragments. The Electric Furnace requires power to function, so you’ll need to set up the regular Power Generator first. For Ore, you can build an Ore Mining Site inside your base and assign Pals with the Mining skill to it. Paldium Fragment can be easily crafted from stones at a Crusher. |

Electric Organ is dropped by electric-type Pals on being defeated or captured. Another efficient way to get the most drops out of each encounter is to set up a Pal Disassembly Conveyor, and then proceed to catch the electric-type Pals instead of defeating them in the open. Once captured, you can then execute these Pals at the Pal Disassembly Conveyor to get twice as many drops. |
The Large Power Generator is located on the second page of the Infrastructure tab in the Build Menu.
How To Use The Large Power Generator
The Large Power Generator allows you to generate electricity more efficiently than a regular Power Generator. You can assign up to two electric-type Pals with the Generating Electricity skill, and they’ll both work simultaneously to keep the power online.
It’s best to assign Pals with a Level 4 Generating Electricity skill to the Large Power Generator for maximum efficiency. If you have any Azurmane or Orserk in your party, you should assign them to the Large Power Generator without any second thoughts.
You can opt for building more than one Large Power Generator inside your base if your power requirements are a little too much or if you’re running multiple Crude Oil Extractors or Large-Scale Electric Incubators on the base. You can also set up an Accumulator to save extra energy to be used while your Pals are resting or sleeping.
