As Honkai: Star Rail players progress through the story of Amphoreus, they’ll come across a variety of oddities in the land. Aside from the looming dinosaur-like animals, and the tiny Nymphs that flutter around, you also get giant lion-head sculptures that talk to you.
These lion-head sculptures are called Verax Leo’s and they can be found in various areas all around “Eternal Holy City” Okhema. Once you find them, Verax Leo will ask you a riddle and successfully solving them will reward you with Celestial Ambrosia and Memory Crystal Shards. If you find four Verax Leo’s, you’ll receive the ‘Philosopher King’ Achievement and eight will give you the ‘Lightwalker’ Achievement. Here are all eight locations.

Verax Leo Okhema Location 1
The first location is pretty easy to find as it’s right behind the Marmoreal Market Space Anchor. Just head down the stairs behind you and the Verax Leo Statue will be right there. You need to interact with him to start the puzzle and he’ll ask you to solve a riddle. Quite frankly, whether you answer correctly or not doesn’t matter, because some of the options given are incorrect as Verax Leo loves amusement. However, there are some correct options that you can click on just to view certain dialogues.
Riddle 1 Answer: Time

From the previous point, you can head straight down the corridor into the central area and then look to your left to find the second Verax Leo. This Verax Leo can also be accessed from the Kephale Plaza Space Anchor and will be to your right from that side.
Riddle Answer 2: Rumours and gossip

The third Verax Leo can be found near the previous point. You only need to head down the stairs towards the right of the statue, go past the Dromas, and turn left up the next set of stairs. The Verax Leo will be at the top of the stairs. This riddle is a little tricky because it’s not essentially a riddle but a mathematical problem. The kick here is that because Trailblazers have yet to know about how Amphoreus celebrates their holidays, any answer they pick will be incorrect. You can choose a random one because the true answer is ‘zero’.
You might be able to ask for help through the teleslate but more often than not, your local friends don’t really know the answers either. Worry not, as players will still receive the required rewards without any changes.

Verax Leo Okhema Location 4
The fourth Verax Leo can be found near the Garden of Life Space Anchor. Just head there and turn around to spot it right behind you. For this one, it doesn’t matter if the answer is right or wrong, because Verax Leo wants an answer that makes him laugh. You should also receive the Philosopher King Achievement upon completion.
Riddle Answer 4: Bath soap or Verax Leo

Teleport to the Court of Seasons Space Anchor and head straight past the feast, all the way to the end of the corridor to find this statue.
Riddle Answer 5: Pillow

The sixth Verax Leo can be found in the area but you’ll have to teleport back to the Court of Seasons Space Anchor. Then, head up the stairs to your right and through the door in front of you. Keep heading left and you’ll find the statue near a door.
Riddle Answer 6: Coincidence

Now that we’re towards the end, teleport to the Overflowing Bath Space Anchor and head into the water behind you. Enter through the archway on your left and you’ll spot the Verax Leo to your right. Similar to the previous one, this riddle isn’t traditional in the sense and instead involves solving a mystery. None of the given options are correct because the true answer is ‘that it was simply a coincidence’.
Players can go ahead and choose any option they wish because the lion will bite your hand nonetheless. You’ll also be given the same rewards.
Verax Leo Okhema Location 8
The final Verax Leo can be found near the Hall of Respite Space Anchor. You need to head into the corridor behind the Space Anchor and towards a room where some people are talking in the center. The Verax Leo will be behind them. Similarly, none of the given answers are correct as Verax Leo wants ‘debt’ to be the correct answer.
You can go ahead and choose any option you want. After you’re done speaking to Verax Leo, you’ll receive the rewards and the Lightwalker Achievement, since you’ve completed speaking to all Verax Leo’s in Okhema.
