Reddit users noticed that Hollow Knight: Silksong developer William Pellen recently changed his Twitter handle to everydruidwaswr, his name to “little bomey,” and his profile picture to an image of a chocolate cake, while teasing the Switch 2 reveal the day before it happened. Reddit users have discovered that the image of the chocolate cake comes from a recipe that was published on April 2, 2024. As it so happens, the big Switch 2 Nintendo Direct is set to air that day, causing fans to theorize that Hollow Knight: Silksong will be featured during the presentation.
