Star Wars Jedi: Survivor was met with positive reviews when it launched on the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series consoles back in 2023, though the PC port was plagued with numerous bugs and technical issues that would have to be ironed out in later patches. On September 17, 2024, Star Wars Jedi: Survivor was ported to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, giving gamers who haven’t yet upgraded to the current ninth-generation systems a chance to experience this gripping interactive adventure set during the “Dark Times” of the Star Wars saga.

According to Camilo, this isn’t a brand new title, but rather a Nintendo Switch 2 port of Star Wars: Jedi Survivor. It isn’t clear if this port will be available at the Nintendo Switch 2’s eventual launch or released at a later time, with some already speculating that it could come out sometime in 2026 or beyond.

Many longstanding questions about the Nintendo Switch 2 were finally answered when the console was revealed on January 16, confirming its official name and verifying past rumors that it would be similar in design to the original Switch.
