  • A third-party investigation requested by OTK found no direct evidence of an assault cover-up.
  • Despite the legal settlement, Mizkif revealed that the emotional impact of the accusations still affects his daily life.

YouTube and Twitch content creator Mizkif has announced that the court has rejected the allegations made against him in 2022. The allegations caused considerable controversy in the streaming community at the time, followed by a defamation lawsuit filed in 2023 by Adrianah Lee against Twitch streamer Mizkif, CrazySlick, and Maya Higa, the OTK organization, and Mizkif’s company. The suit accused the defendants of making false statements about Lee, which led to a loss of reputation, followers, sponsors, and income.

In September 2022, Adrianah Lee accused CrazySlick of assaulting her at a 2021 party, claiming that Mizkif and his ex-girlfriend Maya Higa had encouraged her to downplay the incident to protect CrazySlick. Mizkif later apologized for minimizing the situation, and OTK placed him on unpaid leave while a third-party law firm conducted an investigation. Although the investigation found no direct evidence of a cover-up, OTK criticized Mizkif’s lack of empathy and suspended his board duties, allowing him to return under probation. The decision provoked a backlash, with many in the Twitch community questioning the investigation’s conclusions and OTK’s response.
