While it wasn’t for everyone, Plunderstorm was well received by World of Warcraft players when it made its debut last year. While there is some downtime prior to the start of Season 2, Blizzard brought back Plunderstorm with some changes and some new rewards for players to obtain. There is one major difference this year, however. Rather than having to grind Renown to get all the rewards, you now earn Plunder during matches that can be used to purchase rewards on the Plunderstore.

All the rewards from last year can be purchased as well, and if you don’t want the rewards or have gotten everything already, you can always exchange some Plunder for Trader’s Tender that can be used at the Trading Post.

On the Plunderstore, you will see 13 tabs. All the rewards that are part of this event have been neatly organized so that you can purchase exactly what you want. Except for the Polly Roger mount, all rewards obtained in Plunderstorm are for Retail World of Warcraft only. The Plunderstore can be accessed in both Plunderstorm and in-game in Retail World of Warcraft.
