Monopoly GO’s Christmas-themed album, Jingle Joy, is finally coming to an end. From December 5, 2024, to January 16, 2025, players have enjoyed collecting festive stickers, participating in special events, and grabbing a ton of holiday-themed tokens, shields, and emojis.
Of course, players have also collected a bunch of duplicate stickers during this time, and even after trading their spares, they might still have some leftover duplicates. These duplicates are converted into Stars in Monopoly GO. If you’re wondering what happens to your extra Stars at the end of the Jingle Joy sticker album, read on.

What Happens to Stars At the End of Jingle Joy Sticker Album?
Once the Jingle Joy album ends, all sticker sets and the “Stickers for Rewards” section will be completely reset. If you have a lot of unused Stars, don’t worry. All remaining Stars that haven’t been used to open a vault will be automatically converted into much-needed dice rolls. The maximum conversion will be 700+ stars for 750 dice.
If you have more than 700+ stars, all the extra Stars will go to waste. As such, it’s a good idea to use these Stars to open vaults and maximize your rewards before the start of the new sticker album in Monopoly GO. You can find three different safes in the Stickers for Rewards menu. The details of all the safes are mentioned below:
Safe |
Cost |
Rewards |
---|---|---|
Orange Vault |
250 Stars |
200 Dice + Pink Sticker Pack |
Blue Vault |
450 Stars |
350 Dice + Pink and Blue Sticker Packs |
Gold Vault |
700 Stars |
500 Dice + Blue and Purple Sticker Packs + Swap Pack |
Remember to save a minimum of 700 Stars to get the conversion bonus of 750 Dice Rolls at the start of the next sticker album. You can spend all your extra Stars on the cheaper safes to get some more dice out of them.
How To Get More Stars in Monopoly GO
When you receive a sticker you already have in your album, it becomes a duplicate. The number of Stars earned per duplicate sticker varies depending on the rarity of the sticker. For example, a duplicate of a common sticker only yields a few Stars, while a duplicate of a rare sticker, such as a Gold sticker, grants a larger number. Generally, Gold stickers are worth twice as much.
Avoid opening vaults unnecessarily. Wait for a Sticker Boom event and plan your strategy to maximize your rewards.
