Along with the confirmation of the release date, Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid also revealed a new teaser visual and a trailer for the movie. The teaser visual focuses on Kanna, Kobayashi, and Tohru, the three main characters who have been drawn holding hands. The trailer for the movie once again shows the main leads.

As previously stated, Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid: A Lonely Dragon Wants to be Loved will be released on June 27, 2025. The movie will only launch in Japanese theaters. A worldwide release date has not been provided, but fans can expect an update soon.

Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid’s anime adaptation was announced in April 2016. The anime was released in January 2017, and it ran until April 2017.
