Sakamoto Starts A New Life
Sakamoto Taro was a hitman, who completed the most dangerous missions with ease. With time, his name was renowned throughout the underworld, and he was considered a legend. Sakamoto would have continued his work as a hitman if it weren’t for the fateful encounter with Aoi. Sakamoto instantly fell in love with her and decided to give up his job to settle down with Aoi. The two got married and had a daughter. Sakamoto left his job and started to run a convenience store with his wife.
However, there were a lot of people who did not like Sakamoto’s decision, and they agreed to punish him. They concocted a plan to send Shin Asakura to Sakamoto’s store. Shin was his partner, so he wanted to see why Sakamoto chose to walk a different path.
After meeting Sakamoto, Shin reported back to his boss, who ordered him to exterminate the former assassin. Shin reluctantly agreed and headed back to the store. He used his clairvoyant ability to find an opening, but his opponent was far superior. Shin struggled to find his feet but was completely outclassed. Sakamoto didn’t even use a weapon. All he needed was chopsticks, rubber band and a few marbles. After being beaten, Shin understood that Sakamoto was living a great life. So, he went back to the boss and offered his life in exchange.
Sakamoto Taro Comes To Shin’s Rescue
The boss accepted his offer, but Shin’s ability helped him find out that it was all a lie. So, he decided to retaliate against them. They outnumbered Shin, and things were looking bleak for him. Thankfully, Sakamoto was aware of the situation because he had bugged Shin’s gun.
Sakamoto Taro’s introduction changed everything, and he absolutely pummeled everyone. He rescued Shin and set him free. Following the brawl, Sakamoto offers Shin a job at the convenience store, which he accepts.
