Where to Find Naoise Nallinto in Baldur’s Gate 3
Visit Sharress’ Caress in Act III:
Before you can meet and romance Naoise, you must first reach the early stages of Act III. On your way to the city of Baldur’s Gate, you’ll pass through the town of Wyrm’s Crossing. On your first visit to the area, you’ll have to meet Raphael at Sharess’ Caress, a local brothel. It is found along the eastern side of the bridge that leads into Baldur’s Gate.
If you’ve already been through Wyrm’s Crossing, then you can use the South Span of Wyrm’s Crossing fast-travel point. This will teleport you to the front porch of Sharess’ Caress.
Look for Nymph’s Grotto:
Naoise is located in a special chamber known as the Nymph’s Grotto. This room is found on the second floor, just after passing through the door to the outside area. You’ll know the correct door because it has a green light hanging beside it, and ivy growing on the walls. The door is locked, but can be easily lock-picked with a roll of 10 or more.
How to Romance Naoise Nallinto in Baldur’s Gate 3
Interact with Naoise:
Once inside, head up towards the bed, and you’ll find Naoise interacting with Jara, a Flaming Heart soldier. They were clearly sharing an intimate moment. Jara will not be happy with your interference, but as she begins to speak to you, a tadpole in her head begins to interact with yours. Jara confronts you about this, which results in several dialogue options. We chose:
- “Whoever you think I am, you’re mistaken.”
Jara mentions the Absolute, then transforms into a Mindlfayer. You must defeat them to continue. Once Jara has been defeated, Naoise will turn her attention to you, revealing that she actually finds Mindflayers to be interesting and attractive. There are multiple options to respond, we chose:
- “Your client is dead. I thought you’d be more upset.”
Naoise seems to have already moved on from Jara. A passed Insight check will reveal that she is actually in the mood for romance. However, this romantic encounter will not be like the others. Our next response was:
- “That creature aroused you, didn’t it?”
There are responses that are more judgmental, but we avoided those. Naoise will tell you that she was looking forward to the Mindflayer, but another ‘flavor’ may suffice. We chose the following two options, which led to the romance scene:
- “What did you have in mind?”
- ‘Close your eyes and listen‘
This romantic encounter takes place entirely in your head. Naoise asks you to choose ‘what you will be?’ She provides the following options, all of which have their own unique response:
- Revered
- Contented
- Powerful
- Rich
- I think we’re done here.
We chose contended. This resulted in a brief ‘romance’ scene with Naoise. Once it is complete, Naoise will have no further interest in you. If you return after leaving, she will simply tell you that she can offer ‘rapture’ only once. When we had this encounter, our character was in a relationship with Karlach. Even though she is not the type of partner to share, she doesn’t seem to mind this encounter at all. This is likely true for the rest of the romanceable characters.
Shadowheart will award you with the ‘Carnal Rituals of Sharess‘ inspiration point after the encounter.
After you successfully romance Naoise, she will provide you with the Rapture boon, which gives you a passive 1d6 for almost all types of ability checks.
