There are quite a few expansion and game packs now in The Sims 4, some of which add occults to the game. From mermaids to aliens, there are a few occults you can customize and play, each with its own set of needs and perks.

If you are looking for some mods to expand the world of occults, this list could help you out. Without further ado, here is a list of mods that would be great to use if you have occults.

Get To Work- Aliens Reloaded

Aliens arrived with the Get To Work expansion pack and are fairly overlooked since they are a lot like regular Sims. But with the Aliens Reloaded mod, aliens just got a whole lot more interesting, because with this mod, a lot of interactions and abilities have been added.

Now this mod does require the Get To Work expansion pack, but this mod adds so much more to aliens. If you were hoping to have some lore behind the aliens, this mod has it. You will also find new relationships that aliens can have, as well as some new abduction interactions.

Magic School

The spellcaster occults are pretty cool, who wouldn’t want to be a witch or a wizard and cause chaos? With this mod, you will need the Realm Of Magic game pack as well as a few other additional mods, but you find them all through ilkavelle’s CurseForge.

If you wanted your Sim to attend a school similar to Hogwarts to grow their spellcaster abilities, you can do just that! Your Sim will be able to attend Bonehilda’s Magic School as a kid or a teen. They will still have to pass their exams and attend class to graduate, though!

Secret Occults

Were you hoping that occults would be a little more mystical to regular Sims? Or at least have Sims a little more skeptical about whether occults are real or not? Well, with the Secret Occults mod, your Sim can be unsure of whether occults are real or not!

With this mod, there are a bunch of fun little features and interactions added, like two new aspirations about believing in occults, traits based on whether they believe in occults or not, and even a fear of the occult is possible!

Werewolves Mod

This werewolves mod does not actually require having the Werewolves game pack because this mod came before it, but, the werewolves that come with this mod are considered lycans.

With this mod, lycans and werewolves alike can form packs of their own instead of having to choose between the Moonwood Collective or The Wild Fangs. There is a little lore behind the lycans of this mod, which is discoverable as you play. Lycans also have their own perks separate from werewolves, so there is quite a bit to explore here.

Sadder, Guilter Werewolves: Wracked With Guilt

If you thought being a werewolf was too easy, try this mod. With this mod, it requires the Werewolf game pack, and it makes being a werewolf a lot harder for your Sim, but specifically because they feel guilty for being one.

Included in this mod are a couple of new interactions in which werewolves are able to apologize for their monstrous form as well as bemoan their curse. You can also optionally add on a 50 percent risk of death if your Sim tries to drink the Wolf-B-Gone potion to create even more angst around their werewolf form.

Vampires Revamped Mod

A vampiric Sim appears to be casting some sort of spell—or at least, preparing to cast something.

In the Vampires Revamped mod, there are several new and fun interactions that are included. You will need the Vampires game pack to experience them, but if you were hoping for a way to revamp the pack a bit, this mod should add a little life to it.

Your vampire Sim will be able to drink from their victims in different ways to provoke different moods such as a flirty or a dazed mood, but with this mod, you can also drink your victims to death.

Expanded Mermaids

Mermaids were introduced with the Island Living expansion pack and while they are certainly fun, there is a lot of untapped potential. SpinningPlumbobs’ Expanded Mermaids mod really adds a lot to the gameplay of mermaids.

In this mod, you will be able to have different kinds of mermaids, like a sea witch or a kelpie, each coming with their own abilities and interactions. Similar to werewolves and vampires, mermaid experience points were added, along with perks to unlock and mermaid lore to discover as you play.

Three Mermaid Aspirations

Occults typically come with their own aspirations, but the Island Living expansion pack did not come with a mermaid-specific aspiration. So, MarlynSims created some for us to enjoy! Included are three new aspirations, one related to knowledge, one related to love, and one related to deviance.

This mod has violence and gore and may not be for everyone.

This mod does not need any of the expansion or game packs, nor it does not require any occults. This mod would be good if you wanted your occults, or any Sims in general, to be able to cause some genuine harm or have some consequences for their actions.

In the Extreme Violence mod, you can kill other Sims, but alternatively, Sims can also autonomously kill yours, so beware. While there may not be specific interactions for occults, there are definite ways to cause harm to the Sims around yours.
