My Hero Academia has no end in powerful Villains that give the Pro-Heroes a run for their money, but there’s no one worse than the Symbol of Evil himself, All For One. The ultimate, overarching antagonist of the series and All Might’s nemesis, All For One rises above your average crook due to his intelligence, cunning and overpowered Quirk.

All For One can steal and give Quirks, though there doesn’t seem to be a limit to how many Quirks he can take. In the show, we get to see a plethora of powerful Quirks All For One has stolen and what makes him such a formidable foe.
10
Antigen Swap
Despite not being an offensive or defensive Quirk, the Antigen Swap Quirk is one of the most useful and underrated in All For One’s Quirk arsenal. Simply put, the Quirk can change your blood type.
All For One used the Quirk often to ensure no trace of his presence could be found at crime scenes. It was also one of the Quirks that helped him stay hidden for a long time. Moreover, Antigen Swap became useful against Stain during the Final War, rendering Stain’s Bloodcurdle Quirk useless.
9
Life Force
Dr. Garaki Kyudai (aka All For One’s right-hand man) originally owned the Life Force Quirk, and it is the key to why All For One lived so long. The Quirk allowed its user to extend its lifespan beyond what’s normal.
Garaki voluntarily gave up his Quirk to All For One but created a duplicate of his own Quirk for himself to use. All For One was able to live beyond a century, and it drastically slowed down the ageing process for both men.
8
Forced Quirk Activation
All For One displayed his use of the Forced Quirk Activation ability during the Kamino Ward incident. As the name of the Quirk suggests, the ability allows the user to forcibly turn on their Quirk, even when unconscious.
He only used it once on Kurogiri, who was knocked out by the Heroes during the raid on the League of Villains’ hideout. All For One fused the Quirk with his Rivet Stab Quirk, allowing the League to make a quick getaway.
7
Search
The Search Quirk once belonged to Pro-Hero Ragdoll, who was a member of the hero group Wild, Wild Pussycats. All For One stole the Quirk from Ragdoll after she was kidnapped by the League during the Training Camp Arc.

Season 7 of MHA had a lot of twists and turns.
The Quirk allows its user to find up to a hundred people and note their locations, Quirks and weaknesses. It can also keep and store this information permanently. Shigaraki/All For One uses Search in the Paranormal Liberation War to find Midoriya to steal One For All.
6
Heavy Payload
Heavy Payload is a stolen Quirk able to increase the level of damage to its user’s attacks. Simply put, it’s the perfect support Quirk to boost all of All For One’s other offensive Quirks.
Shigaraki/All For One used the Quirk against Star and Stripe, mixing it with the Radio Waves and Air Cannon Quirks for a deadly attack combo.
5
Impure Beam
Impure Beam is one of All For One’s most powerful Quirks, and it was first introduced during the Final War. The Quirk grants the user the ability to release a single, devastating beam of light.
The Quirk was powerful enough to kill Gigantomachia, as well as destroy one of Tokoyami Fumikage’s Ultimate Moves. All For One also used Impure Beam against Armoured All Might. Due to the sheer strength of the Quirk, All For One was unable to use it fully without dismembering his arm as a result.
4
Hypertrophy
Demonstrated during the last leg of his fight against All Might at Kamino Ward, the Hypertrophy Quirk allows AFO to increase the size of his arms.
All For One rarely uses the Quirk on its own, always mixing it with other Quirks like Multiplier or Rivet. The villain used Hypertrophy against the Nomu Hood, as well as in an attempt to kill All Might in one fell swoop.
3
Radio Waves
The Radio Waves Quirk is one of the Quirks All For One uses most often in the show. To put it simply, the Quirk allowed its user to scramble communications and any form of technology.

Class 1-A might have the main character, but there are other great students in My Hero Academia.
Shigaraki/All For One used Radio Waves to jam the Heroes’ communicators during the Paranormal Liberation War. The Quirk was also powerful enough to disrupt Tartarus’ security systems and allow its prisoners to go free. All For One also uses the Quirk to activate and mete out commands to the Nomus.
2
Air Cannon
One of the most lethal Quirks All For One owns, the Air Cannon is the perfect defensive and offensive Quirk. Air Cannon is as self-explanatory as it sounds, giving AFO the power to shoot air shockwaves from his hands, dealing damage while creating distance between himself and his opponent.
In conjunction with other power-up Quirks, the effect of the Quirk is boosted tremendously. He used Air Cannon against All Might to blast him away and uses it in the fight against Star and Stripe and with Endeavour in the Final War.
1
Rivet Stab
Probably one of All For One’s all-time favourites, the Rivet Stab was used heavily by All For One in combat. In short, the Quirk grants its user the power to shoot red-black tendrils from their fingers to pierce their opponents.
The Quirk was able to deal severe damage to Bakugo during the Heroes’ clash with the Paranormal Liberation Army and slow down All Might. However, the Quirk isn’t indestructible, since Midoriya was able to punch through them with enough strength.
