One Piece: Oda Has Already Set Up Luffy’s Final Fights

Luffy’s final fights are already set up by Oda in One Piece. Here’s who will be Luffy’s final enemy.

Oda has been constantly giving Sanji some of the biggest fights, and in the Wano Country arc, he reaffirmed his position as one of the Wings of the Pirate King, meaning that along with Zoro, he is Luffy’s strongest underling. Of course, Sanji has already reached a very high level in One Piece, but there is more to come in the Final Saga, where he will certainly go on to fight against more powerful enemies than ever before, and in doing so, getting stronger. In fact, Oda might already have set up two major fights for Sanji in the Final Saga and they’re going to set the world of the light.

Sanji’s Previous Fights In One Piece

  • Sanji Fought Queen In Wano
  • Sanji And Kizaru Had A Skirmish On Egghead

Sanji has been in some of the most exciting battles throughout the run of One Piece. Usually, Oda has him fight against the second strongest underling of the enemy group. For instance, Crocodile’s strongest underling was Mr. 1, who was taken on by Zoro, and his second strongest underling was Bon Clay, whom Sanji defeated. Similarly, as the story continued, this pattern was maintained. In Enies Lobby, Lucci was the strongest, who was taken on by Luffy, while Zoro fought Kaku, and Sanji fought Jabra. In Thriller Bark, Sanji fought Absalom, who was the third strongest of the group, quite easily.

In the post-timeskip, Sanji has not gotten as many fights as he did before, but the Wano Country arc was certainly the biggest indicator that this formula is still being utilized by Oda. In this arc, Luffy fought Kaido, Zoro fought King, and Sanji ended up fighting against none other than Queen. Given that Sanji’s battles have always been extremely fascinating, the choreography was, as always, on another level, and fans also got to see some of the very best melee combat. More than that, Sanji’s own fighting style, which is absolutely incredible for the fans to witness, shone here, and with each power-up, he continues to get more exciting to watch. Fans can only hope that the Final Saga continues this and gives Sanji more exciting fights than ever before.

With his bounty having already crossed a billion berries, Sanji is now an elite pirate. This essentially means that his future enemies are going to have to be on a completely different level from before, and fans absolutely cannot wait to see what he delivers going forward into the story.

Sanji’s Two Major Upcoming Fights In The Final Saga

The Final Saga of One Piece is going to be massive for the vast majority of the Straw Hat Pirates and this is because all of them are going to be accomplishing their dreams here, and at the same time, this is the most chaotic part of the series that demands more from them. This is where the biggest of battles are going to be taking place, which means that the Straw Hat Pirates will most definitely get their best moments here.

Sanji’s case is not going to be any different either. He will engage in his most exciting battles here and defeat the strongest of his enemies as well. There are two enemies that Oda has set up for Sanji already, and both of them are going to be ridiculously fun for fans to watch in battle against him.

Sanji Vs Kuzan

Quite easily, one of the biggest enemies for Sanji in the Final Saga One Piece is going to be none other than Kuzan, the 10th ship captain of the Blackbeard Pirates. This might seem confusing to the fans at first, but this matchup actually makes quite a lot of sense. Many fans believe that Kuzan is actually an undercover agent for the Government and that he will go on to turn on Blackbeard at some point in time. There is absolutely no denying the fact that this idea holds some weight and Blackbeard might very well end up losing Kuzan as a crew member. But then, he still needs a 10th Titanic Captain, because otherwise, the final matchups are not going to be complete with the Strawhat Pirates. More than that, the idea of Kuzan actually being a stray makes much more sense than him being undercover. Fans know that regardless of his being undercover, Kuzan still has to act out his role as a pirate, and he showed known remorse when fighting against his own mentor, Garp. Kuzan has done things that he cannot be redeemed for, and that is what makes him a phenomenal character in the Final Saga.

Fans might be wondering as to why Kuzan will fight against Sanji. Most fans would simply think that this is going to be a battle of fire versus ice. After all, these two are always on the opposing ends in fiction, and this is going to be no different. Sanji utilizes fire in battle, while Kuzan is ice itself. A battle between fire and ice would be absolutely incredible for fans to watch. But, this battle has more than just fire versus ice. This battle is one that will drive Sanji to great heights and that is because of one simple reason. Kuzan was the man responsible for capturing Pudding.

As fans might remember, in one of the recent cover stories, Kuzan went to Whole Cake Island with Van Augur. Together, they managed to capture Pudding, a member of the Three-eyed Tribe. Pudding is Sanji’s love interest in One Piece and will likely continue to hold this role right up until the very end. The moment Sanji finds out that Pudding is in danger, he is going to jump to her rescue because Sanji values her quite a lot. Of course, Sanji will have fury for the man who captured him. While Van Augur would also be an interesting opponent, fans already know that he’s earmarked for none other than Usopp. That, when combined with the fact that Kuzan is ice and Sanji is fire makes this match-up quite sensible.

Furthermore, fans also know that Sanji usually fights the third strongest in the group. Right now, Kuzan is Blackbeard’s strongest underling, but Shiryu is likely already earmarked for Zoro, which means that later down the line, he will have to surpass Kuzan or at least equaled him in power. Then, this matchup would be perfect, because Kuzan and Shiryu would be the two strongest underlings of Blackbeard, while Zoro and Sanji would be the two strongest underlings of Luffy.

Sanji Vs Marcus Mars

The battle against Kuzan is not going to be Sanji’s only big fight. The Straw Hats will fight against the Government eventually, and this is where Luffy is likely going to clash against Imu. Zoro, on the other hand, will most likely fight against Nusjuro, and for Sanji, a clash against Marcus Mars could be set up. Things are going to be incredibly exciting for Sanji in the future, and fans absolutely cannot wait to see his two big battles in the final saga.
