Invisible Woman from Fantastic Four, also known as Susan Storm, is one such Strategist who was added to Marvel Rivals’ massive roster alongside the launch of Season 1. If you are looking to master this hero and use her as your main hero, here’s a detailed guide that will help you prepare before jumping into a match.

Invisible Woman Overview

Invisible Woman ability overview in Marvel Rivals.

Invisible Woman is a high-difficulty Strategist in Marvel Rivals who can heal allies, damage enemies, and make her entire team disappear for a short duration. She also has the ability to push and pull enemies at her will, thereby creating chaos in the enemy’s ranks and disrupting their game plan.

Overall, Invisible Woman has a loaded kit with a mix of heals and utility. As such, you’ll have to spend some time in the practice range before you can get comfortable with her kit.

However, once you’re confident, Invisible Woman has the ability to turn the fate of battle single-handedly and help you rank up pretty quickly.

If you want to learn more about her kit, here’s a detailed rundown of Invisible Woman’s abilities:

Normal Attack

Orb Projection

Invisible Woman can launch a force field that heals allies and damages enemies and can fly the maximum distance while piercing heroes. This force field returns to Invisible Woman after traveling the maximum distance.

Abilities

Invisibility Boundary

Invisible Woman creates a force field in a large area that makes all allies undetectable and also heals them over time. Enemies can enter this field, but they are slowed.

Psionic Vortex

Invisible Woman casts Psionic Energy that explodes upon hitting an enemy or object and creates a small vortex that can damage enemies and draw them inside.

Force Physics

Invisible Woman can either push enemies away or pull them close.

Agile Strike

Invisible Woman launches a three-hit combo that can launch enemies in the air after the third strike.

Veiled Step

Invisible Woman can create a force field at her feet which propels her forward and triggers her Invisibility state.

Guardian Shield

Invisible Woman can place a shield in front of an ally that heals then overtime while also blocking all incoming damage.

Covert Advance

Invisible Woman becomes invisible after she disengages from combat and gets healed while in that state.

Team-Up Abilities

Fantasti-Force

Invisible Woman can empower all her Fantastic Four allies. When Mister Fantastic is empowered he receives bonus health continuously based on the amount of health lost upon taking damage.

The Covert Advance passive ability makes you invisible to enemy eyes. However, if you get hit by a bullet or some ability, the invisibility gets removed, and the healing stops.

It can happen at random, so make sure you run away when the passive activates to receive the full healing instead of lingering around enemies.

Tips And Tricks To Play Invisible Woman

Invisible Woman using Guardian Shield ability in Marvel Rivals.

Invisible Woman can be tricky to play as there are simply too many abilities that you’ll have to take care of. However, the most important part of her kit that you need to consider is using her Guardian Shield ability. This shield provides a burst of healing and blocks all damage, and you must place it around an ally.

The Guardian Shield can be picked up after placing it. Once you pick it up, any HP lost from the shield regenerates. Additionally, the cooldown for re-deploying the shield is determined based on the amount of health left on it.

4 seconds

The different cooldown pace is why it’s better to pick the shield up rather than get it destroyed. You’ll be able to redeploy it quicker for any situational moments in the game.

You can also position it near allies who are way too low, and your Normal Attack won’t be enough to heal them or save them from death. Additionally, her Force Physics ability is extremely vital as you can pretty much decide the fate of a fight.

If you see full HP enemies rushing to the objective or if you and your allies are in danger of death, use Force Physics to push the enemies away. However, if you see low-health enemies running away from fights, use the Force Physics ability to pull them close.

You can also combo your Psionic Energy ability with the Force Physics skill for maximum efficiency. Once you see multiple enemies are in low health, pull them closer with your Force Physics skill and then drop the Psionic Energy vortex on them.

This will not only deal a lot of damage to them but anyone in low health will be taken care of while your team will clean up the rest.

Finally, the Veiled Step ability is a great tool to run away whenever you are in danger. You can simply press the ability twice to activate Covert Advance. This will make you invisible and also heal you up to re-engage in fights without getting sent to the base, putting your team at a disadvantage without a healer.

The Covert Advance activation from Veiled Step happens when you are in the air. Make sure you use the Veiled Step ability like a double jump and press it twice in quick succession. If you press it after hitting the ground, the Covert Advance passive won’t activate.

If your Veiled Step ability is in cooldown, simply run away from fights to trigger the Covert Advance ability. The healing over time is pretty fast, and you can rejoin your allies in no time.

It’s better to spend a few seconds to heal up and come back rather than trying to force fights and ending up back at base, thereby putting your entire team at a disadvantage.

Tips To Use Invisible Woman Ultimate

Invisible Woman’s Ultimate ability creates a force field that makes everyone undetectable as long as your allies are inside it. While you can use it the moment it becomes available, the best time to activate it is to cut off your enemies.

Whenever you see your allies grouped up but one or two enemies are engaging while being out of position, activate your Ultimate. Place the Ultimate in a way such that all your allies are inside the field along with the out-of-position enemies.

Additionally, you can also use it in times of emergency to protect your allies. If your allies are at low health, and you cannot heal all of them at once, place your Ultimate ability, which will provide everyone with healing over time, and instantly protect your allies.

You don’t have to worry about always placing it in and around objectives. Focus on placing it around your team, as making your allies invisible to enemies outside the field while they receive healing, whic is way more important. The longer your team stays alive, the easier it will be to capture objectives.
