Cyber Rebellion is a casual RPG title from NEOCRAFT LIMITED. The game was formerly known as Rise of Cyber. The story takes place in Skyline City in the year 2177. Human civilization is non-existent, an apocalypse took down the entire species. And now, you’re the only hope to keep the species alive by fighting evil. To do so, you’ll need to form teams with multiple combatants who have unique abilities. So, this Cyber Rebellion Combatant tier list will help you choose the right combatants and form the ultimate team.

Introducing the in-game Class System
There are three classes/forces of heroes in the game. They are:
- Vanguard: Vanguard heroes are strong-willed and equipped with firewalls. These heroes can use lattice codes that come from the Alpha Virus. They can absorb anima data and evolve by themselves through their willpower augmentation.
- Apocalypse: The most fierce of all as they are villains with the strongest and purest willpower. They can influence others without being noticed. They only serve their own purpose which is to spread the Alpha Virus and disrupt the ordered space.
- Dawnbreak: Heroes with heavy armor and self-aware of what they want to do. They’re neutral but have strong willpower. So, even if they lose their firewalls, they can maintain their sense of self.
Now, the combatants in Cyber Rebellion are divided into four other groups based on their rarity. These are: SS, S, A, and B. But rarity doesn’t mean the combatant is powerful. A combatant is regarded as powerful based on the abilities it has and also the effectiveness in each fight.
Cyber Rebellion Combatant Tier List
So, I spent much time in-game researching the combatants/characters. Then, I came up with the exclusive tier list mentioned below. However, I divided these combatants into five tiers/classes: Ultimate (SS+), Overpowered (S+), Strong (S), Good (A), and Average (B).

Best Combatants in Cyber Rebellion
The characters in Cyber Rebellion are divided into several rarity which doesn’t have any connection to their power. However, this is true when you’re playing in an upper stage. Mostly, the basic forms of all combatants are kinda similar.
But some of the characters in this game are overpowered and it’s always recommended to catch them if possible. However, some characters will only be available after you manage to collect the upgrade items through playing. It’s time to know some overpowered characters in Cyber Rebellion.
Leyva- Starring Diva
A support hero in the overpowered list, and she came in first. You know there’s something about her! She’ll double the teams’ ability as she’s gonna keep all alive through her healing ability. You don’t need her damage rather she’ll debuff your enemies for you.
Some levels are so tough that you will need to live more than twice to defeat the opponent. Starring Diva will do the job for you. As a player said, “You cannot deal any damage if you’re dead, and Starring Diva will make sure you don’t die !“
Saki- Byakko
A DPS character with unmatched offensive power. With perfect strategy and skills, she can win her day and yours on the battlefield. She’s an assassin active in the underworld of Skyline City. Her power and ability in the right formation are enough to destroy your opponent’s day.
Rik- the New Order
He’s AOE damage which is a must-need thing in combat. He damages the opponent with his electric field shock in AOE raids. The ultimate ability can be as much as five constant electric fields of damage to the whole team. Joining a fight demands taking him in your team as he will surely earn you the top spot in AOE raids.
