The Best Leg Armor In Atlyss

Wearing the right armor can make or break many encounters in your Atlyss playthrough, but considering that the wearable equipment is divided into six categories, it is important to make sure you put together the pieces that complement each other. While figuring out what pieces you should make your character wear, you will come across various options for Leggings.

Some of them are purely there to make you look good, others can actually help you out in combat as well. From general enemy drops to those you can acquire only from chests after defeating certain bosses, there are plenty of Leggings that you can utilize effectively to progress through the Kiseff RPG.

Slimecrust Leggings

Many Leggings that you can acquire early in Atlyss mainly serve a cosmetic purpose, but the Slimecrust Leggings take things up a notch by providing you with some much-needed defense, especially against weaker enemies in the beginning. They may not be the greatest-looking armor piece that you can find in the game, but their utility more than makes up for that as you try to learn the ropes of the RPG.

Fortunately, they are pretty easy to obtain as well, as aside from not costing too much at Skrit’s Sikrit Market, you can defeat Slimes and hope for one of them to drop them as a reward.

Lord Greaves

If you are using the Fighter class in Atlyss, you are in for a treat when you defeat Lord Zuulneruda. Although the boss drops Leggings for each build, the Fighter-specific Lord Greaves stand out as the best among the three. Increasing your stamina and attack power quite nicely, putting these Leggings into your armor can prove useful when combined with the stats of the other pieces that you decide on.

Thankfully, that is not all that Lord Greaves offers, as it also puts increased defense on the table that can protect you against both regular attacks and magic as well.

Slimek Leggings

Just a bit better looking than their Slimecrust counterparts, but with much stronger defensive abilities, the Slimek Leggings can be a great option for you if you want to protect yourself from both regular and magic attacks early in the game. The cherry on top is that you can put these on regardless of the class that you have chosen for yourself, so although they might not remain as effective against tougher enemies later on, they can keep you going for quite some time.

Picking your class in Atlyss is a crucial decision.

Of course, when you feel like they are not providing you with the required stats, you can simply just sell or Enchant them for reasonable prices, especially considering that you will just have to kill a few Slimeks to acquire them.

King Greaves

When it comes to Leggings, the Fighter class definitely won over the other two classes, with King Greaves cementing that fact in the middle of your Atlyss playthrough. Defeating Lord Kaluuz leads to the chance of you getting King Greaves, and while their stamina and attack power are good enough, their defensive abilities completely seal the deal with quite a significant defense buff, both regular and magical.

It can be a bit costly to Enchant them, but you can sell them for a hefty amount once you get over their productivity. Plus, they make your character look like they belong in the royal guard, which is simply a welcome cosmetic benefit that comes with the stat buffs.

Use the Guardian Enchantment on King Greaves to elevate their defense and magic defense abilities even further, adding to your overall protection.

Ghostly Legwraps

While exploring the Sanctum Catacombs early in Atlyss, you will come across Mini Geists that are not that difficult to beat, but killing them does reward you with some interesting drops. One of these is Ghostly Legwraps, a Leggings armor piece that you can wear not only to increase your defense but also to give yourself a slight evasion buff, which can prove quite useful in combat if you do not want to solely rely on your armor’s defensive abilities.

Combined with their low Enchanting cost and an aesthetically pleasing look, you can stick with them for a significant chunk of the game, making the Ghostly Legwraps easily obtainable Leggings that can help you survive many encounters.

3

Magilord Boots

Considering that Colossus is quite possibly one of the toughest boss fights in Atlyss, it makes sense that the drops that come from defeating him are more than worth it. Similar to the other bosses in the game, Colossus also drops Leggings for each class type, and if you are playing as a Mystic, you will not find better lower armor pieces than the Magilord Boots.

Not only do they increase your magical power and critical rate, but they also provide you with an effective defense buff for magic and regular attacks, making them perfect for the Mystic build. As a cherry on top, the Magilord Boots also keep your health and stamina in check, playing a major role in your chances of victory in any battle.

Since the focus of the Magilord Boots is already magic, using the Magical Enchantment on it will create an amazing combination.

Fuguefall Pants

Similar to its Mystic counterpart, the Bandit class also has Leggings that stand out as the best for it and can be acquired by defeating Colossus. These are called the Fuguefall Pants, which come with excellent stamina and dexterity buffs to ensure your agility in combat. Combined with their additional evasion benefits, you can keep dodging plenty of attacks that come your way.

Just in case some attacks do manage to land on you, the Fuguefall Pants have enough defensive stats to protect you against them as well. While your defense and agility are kept in check, the Leggings also increase your own attack power, making them a must-have armor piece for the Bandit class.

Berserker Leggings

Even among the Colossus drops, the Fighter class gets rewarded with the best Leggings that Atlyss has to offer, as its defensive buff remains unmatched by the rest of the lower armor pieces in the game. The Berserker Leggings’ defensive abilities are more than enough reasons to grind for them, but when you put together their significantly high offensive buff, it just makes for a perfect armor combination that will take you far and wide.

The Leggings also provide a nice health increase for your character, easily making them the most fruitful lower armor piece in Atlyss. In case all of these benefits are not enough incentive for you to keep the Leggings on, you can simply just sell them for a very large amount and spend those Crowns on things you prefer instead.
