Marvel Rivals took to social media to express gratitude after the hero shooter was nominated for Online Game of the Year for the DICE Awards 2025. This will be the 28th anniversary of the prestigious awards show, which will be held in Las Vegas on February 13 at 11 PM ET. Fans who wish to view the show will have the opportunity to tune in via livestream and see if Marvel Rivals takes home the award for Online Game of the Year.

NetEase Games recently launched Season 1 of Marvel Rivals, which added a lot of new content to the hero shooter. Throughout the course of the season, The Fantastic Four will be added to the game’s ever-expanding roster, bringing the total number of heroes to 37. Fans are also able to experience a fresh game mode called Doom Match, which allows 12 players to engage in a free-for-all fight to see who can reach 16 eliminations first. Players can also explore the new Midtown and Sanctum Sanctorum maps, with a Central Park map expected to arrive during the game’s mid-season update.
