It’s a large crater that potentially has a higher chance of spawning a Liquid Rock artifact than any other area in Stalker 2.

This guide will showcase a save scumming method to farm the Liquid Rock artifact. However, you can try to get the artifact on your first attempt, and then later wait for an emission so the area resets.

Here are the complete steps you need to take in order to farm the Liquid Rock artifact.

  1. Before you approach the Poisonous Hole, make sure to save your game at least 50–100 meters away from the area.
  2. Once saved, approach the anomalous zone and use your artifact detector to scan the area.
  3. Hone in on the artifact until it reveals itself.
  4. If you were lucky enough, you may even get the Liquid Rock artifact on your first attempt. However, if you didn’t, don’t pick up the artifact that appeared. Instead, load up the save you made before and repeat the process until you get Liquid Rock.
