Path of Exile 2 patch 0.1.0f brings plenty of fixes across different areas of the game. Among these, GGG addressed a bug that caused problems with Delirium mist, resulting in a lack of monster spawns. Players should note that Delirium mist will now pause for 10 seconds when opening Strongboxes, with GGG mentioning that more changes to Strongboxes can be expected in upcoming patches. Bugs related to Path of Exile 2’s jewels were also addressed, specifically to Time-Lost Jewels.
Additionally, some players experienced a bug that increased their character’s mana, energy shields, and other stats when changing their maximum life. In some cases, changing maximum life would also erase overcapped life from Life Remnants, but these issues have now been resolved. There was also a fix for a problem that caused Path of Exile 2’s Rolling Slam not to work as it should, affecting its damage output. For those having issues with certain quests, patch 0.1.0f tackles the Mad Wolf of Ogham quest, which some players were unable to complete.
Crashes have been an issue since the game’s launch, and this update aims to rectify some of them. For PlayStation 5 players, fixes have been made to prevent future crashes that interrupt gameplay. Some players also encountered crashes when fighting Zarokh or using Fiery Death Support in party play; both issues have now been fixed.
Since Path of Exile 2 is still in early access, there is still much work to be done before the game is at its peak. Nonetheless, GGG is dedicated to hearing player feedback and making sure the game gets better with each update. With the year just starting, there is a lot to expect from Path of Exile 2 in 2025.
Path of Exile 2 Update 0.1.0f Patch Notes

Note that unrelated to Delirium Mist, further changes to Strongboxes will be made in an upcoming patch to make them less terrible.
