In Palworld, you’ll encounter tough Pals, tower bosses, Alpha Bosses, Predator Pals, and many other dangers. While relying on your Pals is usually the best strategy against these threats, you should always be prepared for battle and support your Pals.

In addition to needing the best weapons, don’t just expect to deal damage to your targets – be ready to take a lot of damage as well. Therefore, to minimize the damage you take, you’ll want to have the best armor. If you’re seeking perfection, the armor you should craft is none other than the Hexolite Armor.
How To Get The Hexolite Armor
Hexolite Armor is one of the best armors you can obtain. With 580 defense and 1750 health, this armor can protect you even in the toughest battles. To obtain it, you need to reach level 57. Once you’ve unlocked its blueprint at level 57, all you need to do is craft it at the Production Assembly Line II
workbench. However, crafting it requires a lot of materials:
If you have access to the Pal Research Laboratory, some of the Handiwork research subjects can reduce the amount of materials needed for armors, making it possible to craft Hexolite Armor by paying more materials.
Additionally, you can craft a better version of the Hexolite Armor by finding its schematic. However, note that your chances of finding the schematic are low. You can find the schematic in two ways:
- Small chests on Level 60 Oil Rig
- Golden chests or Supply Drops on Feybreak Island
If you want to have the best defense build, don’t just rely on your armor. By crafting the Hexolite Helmet and Advanced Shield, you can become highly resistant to damage.
How To Get The Materials Required For Hexolite Armor
If you’re having trouble finding the materials for Hexolite Armor, here’s how you can obtain them:
Material |
How To Get |
---|---|
50 Hexolite |
To get 50 Hexolite, you’ll need 250 Chromite, 600 Hexolite Quartz, and 1,000 Ore. After obtaining these materials, you should use the Gigantic Furnace to produce Hexolite. To get Chromite and Hexolite Quartz, visit Feybreak Island. Chromite is underground and can’t be seen with the naked eye, but you can find it using a Metal Detector or Smokie’s partner skill. For Hexolite Quartz, you can explore Feybreak Island, but locations like Scorched Hill are rich in it. At coordinates -1065, -1429, you will find three Hexolite Nodes, and setting up a base or farming in that area could be very beneficial for you. |
30 Plasteel |
For 30 Plasteel, you’ll need 150 Crude Oil |
20 High Quality Cloth |
The easiest way to obtain High Quality Cloth is by assigning a Sibelyx |
Hexolite Armor Variants
You might also want to craft other versions of Hexolite Armor. Apart from the standard Hexolite Armor, there are three variants:
Armor Name |
Required Level |
Required Materials |
Benefits |
---|---|---|---|
Heat Resistant Hexolite Armor |
59 |
|
|
Cold Resistant Hexolite Armor |
59 |
|
|
Lightweight Hexolite Armor |
60 |
|
|
Honestly, instead of crafting the Heat Resistant or Cold Resistant Hexolite Armor, using an accessory like the Multiclimate Undershirt would be a much more efficient choice. These two variants of Hexolite Armor only provide an additional 20 defense compared to the standard version, which is a relatively small increase and not really worth the resources.
A better option would be crafting the Lightweight Hexolite Armor. Not only does it offer 20 extra defense, but it also increases your maximum carrying capacity, making it a far more practical and beneficial choice in the long run.
