Atomfall Receives Big New Gameplay Trailer

The trailer went on to showcase some of the weapons players will be able to get their hands on in Atomfall. The selection of armaments shown in the trailer seems quite basic, with only a cricket bat for melee, a revolver, a shotgun, and a bolt-action rifle. However, the trailer did mention these weapons are upgradable and there may be even more types of guns players can find in the open world. Players will be able to use resources to craft healing items and other tools for combat, like Molotov cocktails, sticky bombs, and more. Atomfall also offers players a metal detector that can be used to find caches of supplies and crafting items while out exploring the quarantine zone. Lastly, the Atomfall trailer touched on training manuals and unlockable skills that players can invest in that fall under four categories: melee, ranged combat, survival, and conditioning.

Atomfall is due to release on March 27 on Xbox, PlayStation, and PC, and will be available on Xbox Game Pass on day one. The end of the trailer mentioned that Rebellion is planning to release another deep dive video at some point soon, so interested gamers should keep an eye on Atomfall and Rebellion’s social media pages.
